ABB FlexLoader™ FP 600 at Husqvarna AB with ABB IRB 4400 Robot tending Chiron CNC

This video show an automation with FlexLoader™ FP 600. The ABB Robot picks the un-machined chainsaw cylinders from the camera belt and loads it to the Chiron CNC machines through different operations. After machining the cylinder is de-burred and washed before placed on out pallets.

Very nice integration. Only a small optimization is required in existing program to remove slight dwell times. Overall it's excellent work!

Long time for loading and unloading.The cycle time needs to be less, only then there is value of using robotic arm.
