    Great video. Yes, please make a series. A lot of us are trying to breed egg scatterers and need lots of help. So far I have only bred white clouds. Cherry barbs are what I am working on now. I need as many ideas and tips as people like you (people with experience) can give me. Thank you for sharing - Little Bobby

    LOL they're like obsessed with it. They're like "WOOO SOFT THINGS!!! A yarn anemone!"
    For me and egg scatterers, I just gravel vac into another tank. And wait a week or so.

    Such an awesome tank- image the 240 filled with that size and quantity of fish!
    A DIY light table might help out finding eggs in container; you’d be able to look straight down into the container.
    Keep the vids coming.

    That’s exciting!!!! thanks for sharing the whole process w makin the bin placing it watching their behaviors and harvesting the eggs. I’ve made a basket from your videos before using the plastic canvas cage and swim noodle and had good results with my egg scatterers (danios/cherry barbs/tetras) but I really wanna do my dwarf neon rainbows next and I think imma try this. I have juliis in with them and they are spawning constantly but the rainbows are highly effective egg stealers 😂 haven’t seen any fry from them yet.. Maybe I’ll be able to grab some julii eggs as well ! ty dude

    Considered moving the Goldies to spawn? Was that how you breed them prior? Musical tanks...

    I see Mascara barbs for sale..large ones. None have any color but the big spot. What's going on? Are they females? Do they in a home tank suddenly flush with color?

  • @pedronava6672

    On your fry tub do you put anything special in the water because I got some eggs from my corydoras and I put them on Marineland breeder box that goes on the side of the tank and it sucks water and keep it circulating through the tank water with air and for some reason they got all fungus I had like 40 to 50 eggs and only one fry hatched all the other ones got fungus what do you think I should do for it not to happen

    • @LRBaquatics
      @LRBaquatics  4 года назад +1

      I dont put anything. Some eggs will naturally fungus especially if not fertilized. Since you had some many in one container the fungus could jump to other eggs and happens alot in those type of containers. Maybe try getting the fungus ones out as you see them or split up the eggs or get a bigger container.
