    I love your content, great guests and information, but I just wish you could realize how uncomfortable it is for men and even women when women express themselves with bad words and “dirty” language. It is not even funny to them at all if you notice. You are beautiful, smart, knowledgeable…no need to use vulgar words.

    It’s not cortisol that effects thyroid, it’s the HPA axis so really more Pituitary in all likelihood. It also really depends on if the person is producing low TSH (pit issue) or a T3 conversion issue.

      I wanna know what the difference is between methylated B12 and the regular B12 supplements I buy at the grocery store.

    • @annalane5430
      @annalane5430 29 дней назад

      @@HH-gv8mxThe B12s you are buying at the grocery store are more than likely Cyanocobalamin which is a synthetic B12. Always take the natural version, Methylcobalamin. Research it online and check your bottles of B12. A great B12 brand is Premier Research.

    Is there a difference between methylated B12 and the regular B12 supplements that I buy at the grocery store?

    • @Ephedrenaline
      @Ephedrenaline 23 дня назад

      The methylated form of B12 is called “methylcobalamin”, look at the nutrition information on the back of the bottle to see if that was the form used.

    • @HH-gv8mx
      @HH-gv8mx 23 дня назад

      @@Ephedrenaline no and I just bought another sublingual B12 at Whole Foods but it says Cyanoocobalamin

    • @HH-gv8mx
      @HH-gv8mx 23 дня назад

      @@Ephedrenaline I wonder what the big difference is

    • @Ephedrenaline
      @Ephedrenaline 23 дня назад +1

      @@HH-gv8mx Cyanocobalamin is not an “active” form of Vitamin B12. That means that when you take it your body still has to put it through a process called methylation in order to utilize it. Methylcobalamin is already “active” and does not need to go through the same process to be utilized by the body.
      A large percentage of the population (roughly 30-50%) is estimated to have issues with their methylation cycle.
      Non-methylated forms of b12 such as cyanocobalamin are not effective for this group and may even be harmful when accumulated in the body over time.
      Frankly, I’m not even sure why cyanocobalamin is still produced, and why that’s the form many vegan food products such as plants milks/yogurts are fortified with.
