just got the short ones for around 650 and i def agree on sizing. im a 9.5 womens but usually get a size 40 cause half sizes in eu can be rare. i got a 40 because i wasnt sure but i think a 39.5 would have been the sweet spot if youre an exact size 10 or a wide 9.5 womens.
Awesome! Yeah sizing is always tricky and for a pricey pair like these you want to get it right. How are u liking the short ones? Probably much easier to put on, lol.
Hey! Love your video. I also have private sale on SSENSE & been thinking about getting these boots. Do you have any insight on sizing? Are they true to size? I also have big calves Im nervous the boots wont fit around them. Are they tight around the calf?? Thanks
Thanks so much for checking out the video! To keep it safe I would maybe go a half size down but I ended up being ok with a full size down by literally half a millimeter. Like if I moved a certain way I could feel my pointer toe, which is longer than my big toe, graze the front of the shoe. I also keep my toe nails super short so that helped lol. And compared to most people my calves are pretty thick but my ankles are small so they were ok for me. These are mid-calf height so it hits right below that big upper calf muscle. Hope that helps! Also just for some context I’m a size 7.5 - 8 in men’s and about a 10 in women’s in USA sizes. I usually wear a 40 Italian sizes but was ok with a 39. Maybe ideally a 39.5 would have been more perfect but i could deal.

So if ur saying that ur normally a 39.5 I think you would be ok with a 39. These run just slightly large. I’ve heard people say they run very large but it’s just because the toe box is big but thé length of thé shoe is almost true to size. Hope that helps! More vids coming soon!

Yeah, I tend to agree. I generally don’t like to be too precious with my stuff and I would def feel the need to be precious with these. I’ve been seeing a lot of more wallet friendly dupes lately at Koio or coach so those are interesting options as well. While still getting a quality shoe with koio or coach you are also in a more comfortable range I think.

Lol I know but u can get them for less when they go on sale for sure. I’ve been seeing a lot of great dupes lately too so if your looking to have this style there are a bunch of more wallet friendly options.
These are fake. I have 5 pairs of these, my brother is head of department at bottega and I can tell you that what you have in your hand are fakes. The stitching is not consistent with the Brand and the leather is way too shinny. Real bottegas are mate.
