You need to create an image with the correct aspect ratio that has transparent portions that you want the video to show through. It must be saved as a .png to preserve the transparency. Then just upload to your media.
@@waynegriffith Thank you very much!! I ended up finding that out and downloaded it and it worked!! Thank you for your video as well in terms of getting the Lower Thirds set up!!
How are you doing that? Every time I try to change the background on the Overlay screen, it changes the background on my other screens too. Maybe I have a setting in proclaim set up wrong? I would appreciate the help. Thanks
Hi Miguel. The only thing that I can think of that would cause that is if you are not using at least version 3.1. What version of proclaim do you have installed?
I am sorry about that. I forget that I am running a 2k monitor and that makes everything tiny when recording to 1080p. If there is anything you can't make out or you have any questions, feel free to ask. I will help the best I can.
I see that your "Overlay" tab went to "blank". I can't get mine off of "mirror". How do I get it to default?
Anyone know how to create their own lower thirds with proclaim?

How do I get the Lower Thirds successfully added to OBS with my Video Camera?
You want to install the NDI plugin in OBS. obsproject.com/forum/resources/obs-ndi-newtek-ndi%E2%84%A2-integration-into-obs-studio.528/
