I tried them for a few weeks and ended up canceling. If you get their weekly pack which doesn't let you choose specific meals you get a lot of the same thing, which for me gets boring real quick. I can't eat the same thing 3-4 times in a week. And I found it all very watered down. After heating it would be kinda soupy. I was not a fan.
If u are vegetarian mosaic has meals for 8.99 each with free delivery if you spend over 100$. A bit cheaper than fresh n lean and they look better too.
this feels more like an ad than a review. It's hard to trust some of these reviews. funny enough, I think the best way to find honest reviews is to read the comments because all these RUclipsrs are getting paid to advertise.
Fresh n lean is pretty expensive I think. I see that freshly has 12 meals per week for close to a $100 while fresh n lean does 10 meals per week (lunch+dinner) for $120 on the protein+ plan.
Did I get the wrong meal service? I tried Paleo for a couple of weeks, the food was undercooked, especially meat pieces, bad cuts I wouldn't feed to my dog, carbs all came out mushy from the microwave, potatoes tasting more like broth. All this at $13 bucks a meal. What gives?
so did u try it? How was it? I am trying to get back on keto because it worked so well for me but I hate to cook. Any thoughts on this particular meal service?
Listen people losing weight is not difficult your body was only designed to eat meat, poultry, veggies and fruits that is! Drink only water! Trust me stick to this and you will be amazed
The food is quite tasty and is filling. I do miss carbs when eating it though so sometimes i sneak in a potato. There is SO MUCH WASTE that comes in these boxes. So much. 4 lots of polystyrene. 6 ice bags each time. YEs you can reuse them but if you have this regulalry; who wants 6 extra icepacks a week?! It's crazy. Or you tip out the contents into the bin (so messy! and it doesnt all come out) and then recle those bags. The poly is't recyclable though. And I don't think that the actual food containers are recyclable either.
Louise Green there’s a recycle ♻️ 5 symbol on the food containers. But having ordered fresh foods through companies, they must use add the chilled insulation or you’ll die of food poisoning. BTW, you may be getting more carbs than before. Read the ingredients carefully each time with each delivery because we’ve noticed too many carbs are being added, so changed have been made even over the last few weeks, so have flavors 👎🏻
Still too expensive particularly if only eating the dinner sets. I have yet to see a company focused on a decent amount of food that doesn’t replicate dozen dinners in quantity at 4-5 times their cost. I want a decent chunk of meat with what eventually includes pennies worth of vegetables.
I got in on the protein plan. The food is very bland and soupy. I am going to throw away a bunch I have in the fridge and freezer. I don't look forward to meal time knowing I have to eat these. Pricey lesson learned.
heck yeah that's a lot of money! And I would still have to buy other stuff for my husband to eat. I'm still not sure what the best option is. It's kinda frustrating b/c I hate to cook esp. after being at work all day.
@@dingotomtom I am about to order my 2nd round of Factor 75. 8 meals, $99. They taste awesome as well as big portions. Today I had beef/pork chili with cheese and sour cream. 10 net carbs. 👍
@@dingotomtom $$$ off for both of us at the bottom. So far all have been awesome but the lamb burger. Never had lamb, just didn't like the texture. The low carb are 9-18 net for each. I stay at 30 or less per day. They really do taste awesome and really fill you up. I found some awesome 2-5 gram ice cream and candy as well. I drink Super Coffee Iced mocha and even bought a meter from Keto Mojo that measures ketones, glucose and calculates GKI. So far, this has been easy doing keto. try.factor75.com/refer-a-friend-offer?referral=G74QY
Considering the fact these foods are organic and clean putting it in the microwave doesn’t make it as healthy as it sounds. They are dangerous. They testet a leukemia patient and a healthy patient after a microwave meal the healthy persons blood was as bad as the leukemia patients. So I prefer putting it on the stove
@@Barbend I microwave most of my meals. I'm sure it's not as bad as people think. I've survived for 39 years. LOL!! Thanks so much for posting this video. It was very helpful! :)
The transparency of the website is why I chose them. So many others I looked at wanted you to pay before allowing you to see what you were getting.
Pro tip : watch movies on Flixzone. I've been using it for watching a lot of movies during the lockdown.
@Zahir Zavier definitely, I have been using Flixzone for months myself :D
@Zahir Zavier Yea, been using flixzone for since november myself :)

This one of the best meal prep videos that I have ever seen! Thanks!!

What are the prepared delivery companies on the lower end of the spectrum? Thanks so much.

I tried keto meals from factor 75. They taste great but after 4 weeks of similar meals, I am bored .. need to ul try fresh n lean.... can't wait!

Update: just switched to megafit meals and by far the most delicious meals so far.
@@ShadowRing0219 is it cheaper?
@@noelyanes2455 yes I think or maybe the same
Freshly tastes terrible tbh
@@ShadowRing0219is it processed? I noticed some of fresh n lean meals were processed
I don't burn more calories than I eat and I still lose weight. I'm a thin person and struggle to maintain my weight.

How is the sodium in these meals?
Low sodium. I ate these meals when I was dealing with Ménière’s disease and they helped
This seems to be the best option for me doing Keto. I wish I could get Eat Clean Bro in Minnesota but alas they do not deliver here.

I signed up today. Great video.
Can I put it in the oven
Yes, I personally use stovetop

The portions arent great.. 14 entrees are 171$ a week adding 3 more only bumps it to 175$ a week.
