This is my second comment on this video, but I've been watching it nonstop lately. The lyrics are about desperation and isolation and it just blows me away how the performance communicates that. Willi isn't just singing words about someone strung our watching snow fall, he's channeling that sort of almost unhinged energy in his performance. Just an incredible song and performance by an incredible artist.
This is a masterpiece of a song. The lyrics, the pace, the guitar fills, the harmonica, the beautiful sadness. Every puzzle piece is in a perfect place.
