Hi Sandra. I tried to make my store on Etsy, but it asked some tax number. So I finished it because I am not an entrepreneur, so I do not have any tax number. I am only a beginner, so I need something very simple at the beginning without tax numbers.
I have never heard anyone address and explain what happens if people return a product. It may have nothing to do with the design but perhaps the material or wrong size. So how and when does this effect payment? And what percentage gets returned?

Hi Allison, it should have added the 40 free listings to your account if you used my code or someone else's :) Try contacting Etsy support if it did not show up right away. Otherwise you can try opening up another shop with a different code and see if it works!
The issue that I seem to have is that when I check similar products on etsy they are priced CONSIDERABLY lower than the price of the product on printify or wherever, once you've factored in shipping etc. I don't get how other people are making products for so cheap! But for example, a notebook on printify might be £15 (with shipping) so to make a profit I'd obviously have to charge more, but similar notebooks on etsy are being sold for £7/£8 (this is just an example)

I don’t understand what to post for pod products since I don’t have the items in person. I made some TikTok posts with a “carousel” type video of static images of my pod items but I’m not sure that’s the best way to do it. Yes absolutely! I don't use TikTok but Pinterest has been very successful for me. I have a video on it which I linked in the description if you want to take a look :)
Do you need to upscale the image after you create it in Kittl? Also, does the DPI have to be 300 in Printify? I'm about to give up on POD because I can't find any concrete answers on this lol
Lol so you don't need to upscale on Kittl especially if you save to 300 DPI. When you design on Printify, it will actually give you the pixel measurements required, so as long as you follow that you should be good
When doing POD what should the return or exchange policy look like? I’ve read different POD companies policies on it but honestly, it’s a little confusing. I want to have satisfied, returning customers. 😊
Yes absolutely! If you read through Printify's POD refund policy, they mention that items can be returned within 30 days if there are damaged goods. However if they just changed their mind or ordered the wrong color / size, Printify does not support refunds or exchanges. so it would be important to mention that in your description
Can I use different print shops for one Etsy store? I’m currently using print best which is great. But I know that printify offers more products. So can I use both?
To be honest I've never tried it! But I'm sure you can! Just integrate with Printify and there should be no problem :) let me know if it works since I've never tried lol

I have classes on Creative Fabrica that you will find in the description box, but I don't sell other courses :) all my information is on RUclips. But there are many coaches that have great courses for Etsy and print-on-demand!
I did the printify and its so expensive to make manufacture it. Then I have to price it higher to sell. But I cant price too high bc then no one will buy an overpriced item. So I barely made a dollar profit because has Etsy fees for each sale. Important thing is you need is demand and its so oversaturated. Realistically only 1% will make money from this, and not by the thousands.
Hi there! I don't agree because I got into a competitive niche 2 years ago and I still make daily sales. However in my previous videos I always recommend doing your research to find untapped niches, which many do exist :). And also when you price your items, it's important to look at what competitors are charging. I personally found that there is still profit when matching your price to competitors. Hope that helps

You can choose from different providers on Printify! But if you are worried, my suggestion would be to order one yourself to experience the full process :) if you have any friends in other parts of the world, maybe you can order for them as a gift and see how long it takes for them to receive it. Just to give you peace of mind :)

If you have multiple stores on etsy, do you set up the different stores each with different email addresses? Do you have a video about this?

Make sure they are published rather than in draft mode. Try viewing it also from a different account and see if it still has the same issue

Do you need to upscale the image after you create it in Kittl? Also, does the DPI have to be 300 in Printify?

Lol so you don't need to upscale on Kittl especially if you save to 300 DPI. When you design on Printify, it will actually give you the pixel measurements required, so as long as you follow that you should be good

When doing POD what should the return or exchange policy look like? I’ve read different POD companies policies on it but honestly, it’s a little confusing. I want to have satisfied, returning customers. 😊
Yes absolutely! If you read through Printify's POD refund policy, they mention that items can be returned within 30 days if there are damaged goods. However if they just changed their mind or ordered the wrong color / size, Printify does not support refunds or exchanges. so it would be important to mention that in your description

Can I use different print shops for one Etsy store? I’m currently using print best which is great. But I know that printify offers more products. So can I use both?
To be honest I've never tried it! But I'm sure you can! Just integrate with Printify and there should be no problem :) let me know if it works since I've never tried lol

I have classes on Creative Fabrica that you will find in the description box, but I don't sell other courses :) all my information is on RUclips. But there are many coaches that have great courses for Etsy and print-on-demand!
I did the printify and its so expensive to make manufacture it. Then I have to price it higher to sell. But I cant price too high bc then no one will buy an overpriced item. So I barely made a dollar profit because has Etsy fees for each sale. Important thing is you need is demand and its so oversaturated. Realistically only 1% will make money from this, and not by the thousands.
Hi there! I don't agree because I got into a competitive niche 2 years ago and I still make daily sales. However in my previous videos I always recommend doing your research to find untapped niches, which many do exist :). And also when you price your items, it's important to look at what competitors are charging. I personally found that there is still profit when matching your price to competitors. Hope that helps

So i have no idea how printify will then produce the product and send it to the customer.😢
You can choose from different providers on Printify! But if you are worried, my suggestion would be to order one yourself to experience the full process :) if you have any friends in other parts of the world, maybe you can order for them as a gift and see how long it takes for them to receive it. Just to give you peace of mind :)
