- Chad provides a comprehensive lesson on Sigmatropic Rearrangements. He introduces the topic with a [1,5] sigmatropic rearrangement and with a Cope Rearrangement, a [3,3] sigmatropic rearrangement, and shows how the numerical designations are determined. He concludes the lesson with the Claisen rearrangement of allylic-vinyl ethers and the Aromatic Claisen rearrangement with allylic-phenyl ethers.

Hey Chad. I'm an organic chemistry tutor also producing video content, and I must say that you are by far the best organic chemistry online educator I've seen. Love your confidence, as well as the accuracy of your videos, lifelong experience talks in your videos. Thanks for making it easy to understand.
Thanks Ernest! What sort of content are you producing and where are you posting it?
@ChadsPrep I work at Clutchprep acquired by Pearson, and I am a lead video tutor for the organic chemistry team. We are primarily working on video solutions for textbook problem variations, and I had a problem for the [5,5]-sigmatropic rearrangement which wasn't explained that well, so that's how I found another of your videos. I watched some in the past, and subscribed to your channel.
Ahhh Clutch Prep! I have no idea if he is still with the company, but I had spoken with Marcio several years back. And I had heard they were bought by Pearson. Best wishes to you in your content creation!
@@ChadsPrep Yes, he is! Thanks again, and always looking forward to more of your content, 5 stars!

Thank you so much for making this helpful video.👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻😊
Would it be possible for you to make a video about Dipolar Cycloaddition in 3+2 systems of ozone, nitrone and nitrile oxide, in your availibility?
I would really appreciate it.
First of all you're welcome Samira. Secondly, I won't have a chance to get to dipolar cycloaddition until spring break (still a couple weeks away). I realize this probably isn't soon enough, but as I haven't taught (or even studied) dipolar addition myself it would require more on my part than I currently have time for. Let me know if this may still be of benefit a couple weeks down the road. Best!
@@ChadsPrep thank alot for the reply,
It would be always great to learn from you channel, even in the spring.
Im studying heterocycles topics and conjugated system this semester.
