I've been learning Photoshop for a year now and this video is super helpful! So many tips that will make my workflow easier. Thank you so much for making it! 🙌
interesting points ,if anyone else wants to uncover online photoshop tutorial try Pycanta Photo Graphics Protocol (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my friend got amazing results with it.
i got 1st place in a poster design competition in my province then i got 4th in the national competition, this video was VERY HELPFUL thankyou so much man
This video seems helpful to someone who has some exposure to photoshop but not for the person who has not. It's moving quickly and doesn't allow a true beginner to grasp the information being presented. Slowing down and introducing each topic/function before diving in would have made a difference. Photoshop in 10 or 15 minutes for beginners might be more realistic for the real beginner.
The idea is to present as many features of the program in as little time as possible. A 10-15 minute video could be time consuming for someone to sift through. Plus, a user can pause and rewind the content if they missed something.
Thank you, although I am a completely new to photoshop I learned much more from this 5 minute tutorial than some other ones that drag out basic information.
Boom! In the first 45 seconds, I've learned more than some of the other 30 minute long tutorials! Thank you. Although, I don't think this was geared towards beginners. It does show the basics (which is what I wanted), but beginners would be lost.
Been using Photoshop for awhile now and i've got to say this is probably the best Photoshop Tutorial i've ever seen. So easy and straight to the point :) Good job +Flow Graphics
This is great! There's so much to learn and I just don't have the patience to sit through a tutorial that takes 7 minuted to explain one feature. Would love it if you made more tutorials!
+Steven Van There are several factors in how to use photoshop. One place I discovered which successfully combines these is the Trevs photo blue print (check it out on google) it's the best guide i've seen. Check out all the super info.
Thanks! I've been using GIMP for ages and switching to Photoshop is annoying, this tutorial was great for learning the basic differences. I'd also like to mention that for zooming in and out, you can select the magnifying glass on the left and enable scrubby zoom in the options at the top. After doing that, you can hold space+ctrl and drag up/down to zoom in and out. Additionally, if you're zoomed in and you want to move the screen around, you can just hold space and drag across the document.
Wow, nicely and quickly explained. In my opinion this short tutorial is better than some long ass 10 or 20 minute long tutorial, everyone wants it straight to the point
I could not figure out what to learn and where to start. There are a lot of detailed tutorials and following those wasn't actually happening as too many details made me bored and I ended up watching something else or doing something else... I thank you for making this tutorial. This really gives me a very interesting kick-start to start learning Photoshop. Still a long way to go and learn. Hope to see you around :)
I know how to use photoshop, its basics, since I tinkered with it when I was a kid. I know the feel of not knowing where to start, but for me I found out that it doesn't matter. Just search a simple topic by yourself, such as "how to select, duplicate layer" since they build on pretty quickly and make learning easier to catch! At least I started with "how to cut" when I was learning Adobe Premiere.
Nice work. Short and to the point. I like spending as little time as possible learning. I’ll be watching for more. Just started photoshop with 15 yrs of Corel experience. Switching
I feel obliged to thank you and congratulate for a much better work than most of tutorials over there! Your video conciseness is just amazing! You now have a new subscriber (and one that hates youtube tutorials!!!)
Tbh tho I am very new to photoshop, and obviously this video does not cover all the existing tools of the application, this was a very helpful vid tbh in explaining the basic concepts and stuff
really helpful since i cant play video games on my pc because i have a really old gpu and cant buy a gpu anywhere now i can edit pictures and mess around with photoshop thanks!
its easier to learn the way your showing. it great for new learner like me coz i dont have patience to watch a long video. this 5 mins is just perfect.
Loved this, thank you, Sometimes when you speak its too fast and hard to understand because of you're accent, for instance in the first part of the tutorial you either said "control J, Control 8, Control A" they all sounded possible. An easy fix would be to add text over you voice post production to clarify. Thanks again for the amazing content, sorry for the elaborate message.
The "Undo" and "Redo" functions in photoshop are totally different from any other computer program I've used. Under "Edit", it will show either "Undo" or "Redo" as an option but never both. So how would I go about toggling back and forth between changes I've made to see which version I like better?
thank you Julian.... this tutorial entails a lot for a beginner lol !,i'm about to launch my new cd of my band and I have to know how prepare templates for artwork & photowork & etc. ... i' doing my best, just wanna get my album out lol ! cheers TT.

this is exactly what I was looking for thank you. ten minute or less instructional videos are the way to go. appreciate the help
I've been learning Photoshop for a year now and this video is super helpful! So many tips that will make my workflow easier. Thank you so much for making it! 🙌
this "5 minutes" tutorial turned into 30 minutes for me because I have to keep pausing, and rewinding certain parts while trying these stuff lmao

Pathetic lol
Hazuki Kimura yes! this is way to fast, for me anyway
i haven't worked on Photoshop in a while and i needed a refresher. this was just perfect and you didnt have a thick Indian accent. thanks
Lmao
throwing shade at piximperfect?

That’s kind of rude. If you didn’t intend it to be rude, then please consider your wording next time.

True I don't know how he inserted the picture I'll have to ask my brother after all sigh
@@jareevoldemort2373 He just dragged the picture into the open Photoshop project. Simple as click and drag. Hope this helps! Good luck!
@@jareevoldemort2373 open an image as a file on photoshop and simply drag it onto the blank canvas you created.

Thank you so so much! I'm a graphic design student and this taught me some shortcuts that I didn't even know!!
So refreshing to have a video that gets straight to the point and delivers what the title says 🙌

Oh, and you can hold space while right-clicking to select useful zoom levels, like pixel perfect or fit to screen.
it says 5 minute tutorial.. why are people complaining that it is too fast?
Awesome, wonderful !!!!!. I understand this catch up and in the way of RECAP. No one else give this 5 min entire PS for all.
Wow, nicely and quickly explained. In my opinion this short tutorial is better than some long ass 10 or 20 minute long tutorial, everyone wants it straight to the point
I just installed Photoshop this was 5 mins well spent in a train :) thank you Julian

This was perfect! honestly surprised how well you went through this.
