Your classroom looks amaaaazing! My only issue is... your guinea pig 1} needs a buddy and 2} needs more space. Piggies should be in pairs... and that's just not enough space.
Because of people like you on the Internet I got her a sister during the pandemic and I also built her a larger mansion that was two stories at my house and she bullied her sister so badly that I had to return her and she never use the second story of her palace or left her home. Please don’t tell other people in Internet that you know better than them about their own animals and their own experience. Do better next time.
I seriously did not mean any disrespect and I definitely didn't mean to imply I know better than you. I'm sorry that it came off that way. Many people are unaware of some animal care so I was only trying to be helpful, and clearly I didn't go about it the right way. I'm sorry it didn't work out bonding your piggy with another. I have heard that it can take a lot of time, trial & error and having to struggle finding another piggy that yours will bond with. I've seen some people start the bonding trials by having them in enclosures next to each other for a while, even several weeks. I definitely know its not an easy process. Hopefully if you ever try again, it'll go smoother and be successful. Many piggies also don't use levels and just prefer flat spaces. I know that in my current living situation, I just don't have the ability to provide enough space for piggies, so I am unfortunately not able to have any... I just have to focus on my hamster for now and trying to educate myself and better his life daily. As it is, I know he still needs more than the 75 gallon tank he's in, and I feel guilty I can't do more... I'm just glad he's not in a tiny cage with tubes he barely fits in, like when I rescued him. Anywayyyy... again, I'm sorry to have offended but I honestly didn't mean any harm, I was just trying to help and show that I care.
@@13juniper I appreciate you clarifying and sometimes I don’t think it’s just the one comment but that this is something people have attacked me for over and over so it becomes a sensitive area and I overthink or overreact when I see it. I just want people to understand I am doing the best I can, just like you are. Thanks for the thoughtful response. ❤️

This year one of my six graders took her home over the summer and now she has the cage at home so she could take her over the weekend and we have a small carrier at school to transport her. ❤️
