I hear Wave Race 64 Drake Lake music! Me likey! As for the actual subject matter, I have NASCAR Heat 2002 and it's basically a prototype Dirt to Daytona, which strangely didn't appear on XBOX.

I'm pretty sure NASCAR Thunder 2002 allows custom soundtracks, but I personally don't have the XBOX version, just PlayStation 2, I do have NASCAR Thunder 2003, '04 and NASCAR '07 on XBOX.

If the servers are still up for the backwards compatible 360 games you can play those online on the Series consoles. Unfortunately I don't think the original Xbox games will get online back on the newer consoles (at least officially supported.)

NASCAR Thunder 2004 is known as being the best NASCAR console game ever made. It has a pretty big cult following, even today.
