This is still Beta, so don't put on a live site. If you used this on a live site, it may not improve things much because it will depend on images, fonts, content, DOM, etc, so you can't just apply an update and hope it boosts.
This is about where you start.
And if the score is high from the get-go, then you can monitor that as you build.
The problem is that too many check the score after the Full Homepage or Full Site is done, and then they try to retro-react to it. That's not the best way. Start with the score at 90+ (ideally 100) and build/check/build/check.
Some say - I haven't got time to keep checking. Now imagine someone building a brick wall around your home. Wouldn't you expect them to check the levels at each relevant stage? Yup.
Thanks for all your awesome videos!! You are definitely my favorite WordPress/Ele-mentor (😉). Would you be able to do a Elementor Image Optimization versus other popular ones? Puh-puh-puh pleeeaase?!?!
Well, looks like my last excuse not to switch from Beaver Builder is gone! Time to learn Elementor.
Welcome back :
This is great news, thanks for testing it out and showing us Imran!
I had my doubts too, but boy was I happily surprised :)
Thanks for testing. Amazed about the results.
Thank you Imran for the heads up and thank you Elementor. Keep improving.
Can't wait to have this available on the stable release. Thanks Imran.
You and me both!
Lets gooooo Elementor!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for sharing Imran 😊
You bet!
Very nice!
Great News - Great Video - Thank you Imran :)
Great to see some of the issues addressed :) Hope you're well.
Great video! The Bricks brigade is in the mud now.
Great news! Eager to test, tweak and understand what they did exactly (yes I'll go read the docs - of course). And if it's not about removing the code associated with unused widgets then there's probably even more improvements to make !
Agreed. It's a big jump compared to the starting position earlier this year. I hope that it keeps on improving.
I sort of followed your prior vid and it worked ok. I went through the work of configuring litespeed and cloudflare and it did help quite a bit but if I throw even a basic header in , speed drops. I’ll be interested in trying this. Thanks for the heads up
good job
Awesome vid, happy Elementor does so many great updates. Also this is a bit random, but is it possible to open a popup to an anchor or open a specific tab element that is within a popup? Have several learn more buttons and would like to go to a specific container in a pop-up or if possible open a tab depending on which learn more button is clicked. Thanks!
P.S. your background is sick
Looks great! Thanks for the update bro❤
Key bit is that it will matter how the site is built, but knowing the score is high - and hopefully can be pushed more with snippets/performance plugin - gives us a great start.
@@websquadron Totally,
Of course the way you build the site and structure is very important.
Damn! This is amazing.
Give it a go :)
good good
finaly.....
Nice vid Imran. Hope Elementor gets this out of Beta soon, unlike some of their releases!
I reckon we are minus 10 days based on my calcs.
super news!!!
To. T. Ally.
Thanks for the update, cant wait for this come out of beta.
Speaking about webp, do you have a video on this topic.
Search for my bulkresizephotos videos for webp :)
@@websquadron found it, used it. Thanks. Saves a lot of time.
If is over 90% I don't bother to try more. And if Elementor can do that maybe I will pay again for licence.
Great video! Will I get the same speed benefits if I still use Sections, rather than Containers? And will my page speeds increase on an EXISTING site when this Beta version goes live and I install it on the existing site? Thank you!
Existing sites will depend on the build, so I can't guarantee that it will jump up. I tested with Containers, but will do a check again once the final version comes out.
Any idea what they did? Did they clean up the DOM to get rid of the extra divs?
I think they just flicked on a toggle called Next-Gen.
What do yoy recommend on themes to use? Hello theme alone? or Hello theme and child theme? thank you so much
Just Hello and code snippets is fibe
Well done #elementor. Thank you for this. Thanks @imransiddiq
Will Elementor boost performance on my existing website if i update it to newer version or i have develop from scratch?
This is still Beta, so don't put on a live site. If you used this on a live site, it may not improve things much because it will depend on images, fonts, content, DOM, etc, so you can't just apply an update and hope it boosts.

I get a 100 / 100 (Mobile/Desktop) with Hello Theme + Elementor Pro active, 1 Header + 1 Headline and don´t have the beta version activated. Litespeed off, no caching plugin, no further optimization....
Great video mate... Perhaps there's still hope for Elementor after all
I need to order my Priest outfit for my next sermon.
I can see you as a cult leader mate... The Church of Uranus 🤣
Will it improve existing pages, or only new ones?
I'm 99% sure that once you update Elementor you'll get the benefits right away. It's about optimizing the code output not optimizing the way your page is written in the database. Don't need to re-open, save & … every page! Juste update E, clear your cache & voilà!
@@BenBaudart By clear your cache do you mean something Elementor specific or just clearing the cache from your generic plugin like LScache?
@@Mindereak Simply clear you website or/and host cache. Although going to Elementor > Tools > clicking on Regenerate Files & Data never hurts !
Difficult to be sure.
As it will depend on what and how you built it.
What do you think about Webflow and do you think Elementor shoud be afraid of ?
Webflow is great for animations. It’s for non-Wordpress sites so different platforms
@@websquadron I know it's another platform. I wonder if Webflow will surpass wordpress and elementor in the future.
@@rswebmarketing webflow costs a lot more than Wordpress and Elementor so although the platform is good, I doubt Webflow will surpass Wordpress and Elementor any time soon.
The way I've abandoned Elementor for Bricks haha. I just couldn't anymore with the bloat. Might just have to get back to Elementor now.
I prefer not to abandon anything - and just use what I need for the job :) You never know when you'll need an alternative :) I hope that EL continues to improve - especially with Global Classes.
there is no turning back lol
@@thereal_JMT_ Never say never. Elementor are not sleeping, they know what they have to do.
How does this compared to Bricks?
Bricks hits 99/100 straight away from the get go
what about real users are experiencing scores?
Not sure I know what you mean? This is a BETA, and if you build with method/scores in mind then you can still stay reasonably high.
Okay but show the results from using 1-2 minor versions prior like v3.20.0. This means nothing if you don’t compare the same tests with no other version.
I referred to the Jan 2024 video, and I have done previous videos where I have shown the mid-70 scores. I'm sorry if you don't see value in the time spent to do this, and I'm sure that could load up a fresh WP Installation with just EL and EL Pro to see the scores.
@@websquadron I didn't say I don't see value in your work. It would be more impactful to show the actual difference in the same video. I'm not even sure where the other video is that you're referring to.
bye breakdance
