I live in this building and can say that it's a really good building. Great apartments and views, clean and quiet building.

So cool to find someone from MInnesota on RUclips. I'm from Minnesota myself. I lived in North Mpls for 16 years before moving to North Carolina in 2002. I haven't been back since. I miss very much. Especially the snow.

I plan to move to MN from TX in a few month and I’m in desperate need of some good apartment recommendations, but nobody will say where they stay😅 I get it, safety first! but I’m having a hard time finding good spots. If you have a list or know a good resource could you share it with me. Thank you!
If your moving to Minneapolis, I’d check out the North Loop neighborhood, Uptown, and Northeast. Downtown is nice too. Some I looked at:
-Junction Flats
-Variant
-Sora
-Eitel
-270 Hennepin

I feel you! I’ve been living around the city for 3 years now and just broke up with my ex. Now I have to find something by myself and I’m so lost 😂. I personally don’t like this view, but it does seem like a safer part of the city. Anyways good luck! I’m from TX too.

Why didn’t You didn’t like AZ as much?
We did like it but definitely missed having seasons! We also missed having more nature and family living close by :) but we will for sure be back to visit! It's a great place to vacation!

I used to live here and have family here!
My guess is the rent is like $2200 a month at least. I’ll keep my mortgage for $800 a month. Ridiculous the cost that people are paying for apartments now.
Not everyone is ready to settle down and buy :)

I know where this is and for the one bedroom if thats what she has it's only like 1300 a month so not sure where u got that number. I was about to rent there for the floor to ceiling windows but the appliances are so outdated feeling and it's super bare so I am going with a more luxury place for 1500 a month. I think. I dk. But yeah they also have like 2 months free rent too. Compared to Colorado where I live now its so cheap lol
Exactly. Not everyone has the credit or money to put down on a place either 💯
