i have the 3000 and i use my leaf blower to clean the under side. i use a small silicone spatula to loosen up any grass stuck between the blades and the housing or in the guards. works really well
The newer 5000's also have omni-directional wheels in front. I think it was only the kickstarter models and early models that had the grippy wheels on both front and back. Your review is very accurate on everything else. The AWD is a game changer in robotic mowing, Prior to this, there hasn't been a mower that could handle all the hills on my property. Now I can stay inside, or get out the weed-eater and work as a team alongside Luba.
If you move the RTK station on the roof, remember to redraw the whole map because the old map will be moved by the same distance as the moving distance of RTK station
Yes first thing I’ll do it delete any schedules I have. The delete the old maps. After that I’ll redraw the maps. Issues may have been resolved but I heard others users deleted old maps and the schedules were gone but they still ran as if the old maps were there. So it was way off for them. But that a while ago and haven’t heard anything since so may have been fixed.
The quality is about the best I have seen from a robot mower. Others are good on cut like this but with the all wheel drive and the way it makes the lines none beat this for that. But in areas where is does a tank style turn in place it is not good as it tears up that part of the lawn. You can and should set it to multi point turn. The camera on the Luba 2 makes it even better.
About every two hours it charges. It starts around 10am and ends around 3pm in a double grid. Sometimes it might take longer if it lost positioning for awhile.
I have the Landriod it cuts fairly close to the edge with the blade offset. Do you think this one cuts about the same, like around your house. Just less weed eating to do. Not sure how close the razors are to the edge of this mower. Thanks.
I mow Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If it rains on any of those days I mow the day after. Higher models give more zones, and the 3000 and 5000 have a larger batter to give an extra hour of cutting time. Other then that dimensions are the same. I think 3000 and 5000 is a tad heavier due to the larger battery. Everything else is the same. A major update is in beta soon to release that will allow for manual mow. And they just enabled push notifications to work.
Well I really never needed to clean underneath. And RTK station was getting water in it some how for some. They have sent an RTK cover as well as a stop button cover as well. So I assume they worried water was getting in from the stop button on earlier models!
I have had no leaks so far. A number of people have had leaks and the sealer was one of the recommendations from others. Mammotion has give. A water protection package to those early RTK models. It has a cover and led cover that protects it from water damage. It was only sent out to those with the early version. Most versions sent out when I bought mine seem to have better gaskets for sealing and water protection.

@@tulsatom4307 I've not had any heat related problems with the luba It's been mowing and charging 110° both my lubas do have cover to park under. The Hyundai has problems because it's a defect, It should not be having overheating issues even when charging in hot temperatures. None of my past EVs has had any problems Hyundai just has a problem.
@@tulsatom4307 if you mow in a double grid path you will find 5p-9p is not enough time to complete unless you have a tiny lawn. Just my back yard is 10a-4p ish. I know some have built or bought a Luba garage to store it in. It will still have the heat around it but that limits direct sun and water.
Yes but it seems that is for kickstarter versions. Another user has a kickstarter 5000 and a 3000 Sent out later. And the 5000 at his parents house doesn’t have a gasket around the RTK LED. But his 3000 has the gasket around the LED. I added the silicone just to be safe.

Yes all models show the Omni wheels on front and newer wheels on back. I do the same to either weed eat as Luba cuts or right after.
Do you think this can replace a ride on mower?
@@AAF2030 yes this certainly can. The 5000 can handle a big yard and more can be added with only one RTK needed.

How is the quality of cut? Is it even? Thanks for your video !

How many times goes to charge when is mowing, since your yard have a lot of space ?

It is about the same but unlike the Landroid the Luba cuts in up and down lines. The Landroid cuts all over the place.
How often do you mow? What's the difference between the 3 models other than the number of zones? Are they all the same size and weight?
I mow Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If it rains on any of those days I mow the day after. Higher models give more zones, and the 3000 and 5000 have a larger batter to give an extra hour of cutting time. Other then that dimensions are the same. High pressure cleaning was pretty much the only cleaning concern. Not just trickle watering with a hose.

RTK - Tie a plastic bag over it?
Some have done that but others used a cover. And mammotion have sent out a cover to those who need it. Newer ones are said to be better sealed.
Causer n'apporte rien par contre des images avec les paroles serai bien plus efficace.
faire connaître aux gens tous les problèmes et les bonnes choses leur permet de devenir un acheteur informé !
