What a goalscorer. Somehow, I don't think he ever got the praise or recognition he deserved. Off the ball, he looked slow and ungainly, but give him even the faintest whiff of a chance, and he was onto it like lightning - with every kind of finish you could imagine. Pure, natural goalscorers like him are a dying breed.
I see some paralells in Deniz Undav's playstyle. Have high hopes that this guy will be our new Miro, bringing back the connection between midfield and striking positions.
Good to see the old jerseys from my club :) Loved Klose back in the day, one of the very few german players i really liked, always put the team first, very selfless and still outscored everyone, that's how you do it.
That game against Brazil in 2014 when Klose became the top scorer of all the world cups I thought no one could break Ronaldo's record but Klose did amazing player

Ronaldo was at the team in 1994 but He was bench all the time, He didn't got into the pitch not a single moment. Ronaldo scored 15 goals in 19 games (7 in 1998 + 7 in 2002 + 5 in 2006).

Other than being a top striker, Klose also had a great attitude. Hope more new players are like Klose.
