I have the same bike and the only part I'm nervous about this is the reassembly with the timing chain and piston top dead center stuff. I have the service manual. Any tips?

Dont sweat it. Get some Sears feeler gauges, follow the steps in the manual and go slow the first time. The marks on the cam sprockets make it easy to get them in the right place. Line up the crank in the right place and the pistons will be in the right place. Then when you're finished, rotate the crank slowly by hand to make sure nothing is out of place. if there's anything wrong you'll feel it. If theres a problem, start over - no damage done. The next time you do it will be easy and take half the time. One tip - if the chain seems a little out of alignment, push the cam chain tensioner with your finger and double check.

So you has to use the one the it says (in) and not the one the it says (mm)?

You can use either Inch or MM, but you have to be consistent.
