I went for a long leisurely jog around Torrey Pines while in San Diego waiting for the family to wake up. It was AMAZING! Was fortunate enough to be invited to a wedding in Ojai, went for a morning hike there as well and it was beautiful! LOVED point Reyes as well. Muir woods is also amazing. Do it! It also connects to many other trailheads, I'd plan more than a day if I could just for the hiking. Bad Water in Death Valley was also bada$$, stayed in this place a week and it would've taken another week for the other side of the park. Beautiful place. Did a little drive one year up HWY 1 to big SUR, would not recommend with small children, white knuckle drive for some beautiful views. Do recommend otherwise! Nice list! I added a few more stops to my to-do list!
