This is fantastic information. You mention the high cost of the concrete slab per court. Then you also mention building on a tennis court or parking lot. Is there no requirement for the slab if you build on these? If you are building on vacant land would it be cheaper to pave the land since the concrete slabs are so expensive in the US?
