    This board is designed for the rider who wants to embody a hellcat thats fueled by anger and hatred. It will charge thru everything and you will never lose a race again. Boardslides and spins? No problem. Powder? Love it. Nose butters? Next level. This is the black air force of snowboards and the proper rider with this board on their foot is not to be trifled with

    Bought this off angrys suggestion. Had 5 days on this board this season so far. 6’1 215 on the 154. Review is spot on, it handles everything as long as you are prepared and anticipate it. Can toss you a little bit riding over big bumps but never feels like you’ll lose footing. Base is very fast and the board gets up to speed very quickly. I’ve yet to be caught on a flat even when coming a little slower than I should. Go fast, push its limits, it’ll take care of you. Have the A8 on them, perfect pairing.

    I bought this board a few months ago after watching this review as well as many others. Took it Chamonix for a week and absolutey ripped all over the mountain. I took places i could not confidently go with my old board. It really leveled me up. I love this board. It really does love to go fast and it gives you a hella work out throwing turns. Its not a chill board for chill people. Its for people seeking extremem action.
    180 lbs. 6'1" (185cm). Size 10 boot. Using the Large (154) size. I could have gone with the 151, but Im happy with the 154. Probaly gives a tad better powder float with 154.

    I ended up getting the superpig for my daughter - years past she's been riding the warpig. She's a hard charger, loves speed, and aggressively smoking past zombi ski'er hoards. I've asked, and she likes the superpig over the warpig and probably won't go back. It pushes through more stuff. Riding the 142, paired w/k2 meridians (we're gonna upgrade to bataleon astros). She hauls with this thing. Only downside is that its a little less encouraging for riding/practicing switch.

    I've got about 40 days, mostly in the INW, on last year's version (obviously the same board). You nailed it. Surprise. You're not an idiot. Starting to look towards next season's board, so I can get a good discount at the end of the season. I've loved everything about the Superpig except the lack of tail length. I charge fairly hard and hit a lot of drops between 5-25 feet when conditions are right. I'd describe my style as a freestyling freerider who lives for trees of any angle and natural features. The Superpig has done it all. But I want a regular length board next as I've pushed the limits of volume-shifted shapes. Based on what I've read from you and elsewhere, the K2 Passport seems like a solid choice. Am I on the right track there?

    What's up Avran, I feel like I may be in between sizes. I am 5'7 175 10 boot. I am currently on a SM Warpig 23'. I think I ride pretty aggressive on the east coast and would like to bump up to a Super Pig for more pop and speed. Should I stick with the small size? I have seen the small rated at 200 pounds on the board sticker that came on it and also read 175 online so I am a little confused. The small feels pretty stable and I like throwing it around. I am wondering how much stiffer the super will be in the same size. I am also riding Strata's, will it be too soft for the super? Thanks!

    • @AngrySnowboarder
      @AngrySnowboarder  5 месяцев назад +1

      It's your call on the Stratas as personal preference comes into play, but in my opinion they are a little under performing for it. As far as sizing goes you could do another small or bump up to the medium to get more stiffness, more response, and more edge hold.

High intermediate rider, so not perfect by any means and could very well have been user error, but it happened enough to scare the shit out of me and not go back to the board, and I’ve never had that on other stiff boards (Hovercraft, for example). Hey Avran, could use some advice. 5'11" 175lbs size 8.5 boot, riding east coast mostly but travel west once a season. Not into park but enjoy carving, riding fast, and popping rollers. Been riding mostly directional boards (Excavator, Stun Gun, Skeleton Key) and wanted to try something volume shifted. Picked up a 147 Party Platter and rode it the other day. Felt like I kept overpowering the nose on toeside turns when carving too hard and a few times just buried the nose. Im sure its mostly user error coming from setback boards with longer EE. Will a 151 Superpig feel more natural for me? Or will it still ride with that "twinish" feel i hated about the PP?

    Ive been frustrated trying to find the right board. I'm 6'4" 175 sz.12 boot & like to carve deep & a little of everything other than big features. Currently getting back foot toe/heel drag on an Excavator 162 when I really lay it over even @ +6/27. All the boards with the width I'm looking for seem to be for "Big Boys" like 210lb+. Is a board like a Superpig XL, Party Platter 157 or maybe even the Backslash 158 way too much board? The waist widths on the size smaller of each of these boards Is right around where I'm currently finding toe/heel drag on deep carves. I was kind of leaning towards trying a Party Platter 157 since its a little softer and better for my lighter weight. Any help I'd really appreciate.

Its back foot width is 274mm & I'm finding I'm needing more of a 282+mm back foot width. The Back/Slash seemed like too much overlap with the Stalefish hence why I was leaning toward the Party Platter just because it seems a little different. I feel like buying a Back/slash is cheating on my Stalefish. Don't hate the player, hate the game I guess.
