I'm from the States and I have always loved, Kirstie & Phil and Location, Location, Location! Although this was a show I'd seen before, I still watched it from beginning to end to enjoy the home search journey with these two lovely couples ... The show is over twelve years old though and I wonder if Kirstie and Phil are still helping people find their dream homes today in the UK ... Definitely a hard core fan here!
For thw newlyweds, the 2nd property they saw that was already done up and not needing too much if anything done to it, was my favourite. It was below budget, had open plan living and dinnin which made it feel spacious, had am ensuite downstairs bedrooms perfect as a master now and a guestroom for when they have kids and saving 30k isn't a bad idea. For the 2nd couple, the 2nd property was my favourite as well. It was cheaper than the 3td and was bright and airy as well.
Love how the first couple met...she approached him in the bar, and told him I'm gonna marry you and have your kids. Wow!! I guess if you know you know!!!
I was an exchange student in London in 2012, my guest family was in South Harrow and honestly, it wasn't as bad as they make it to be hahaha as a 16yo walking around to/from the subway alone, even at night, I never felt particularly unsafe. Ruislip however.....
This is an old video but still has so many are coming out doing the same thing with location, location, location in other parts of the country and the personality. The connection that you two have make your show so enjoyable, the air realtors just doesn’t match of personalities. I wish you were still on RUclips as you can see I’m still watching reruns🎉
Greater London has over 8 million people. England, Scotland, and Wales would comfortably fit inside Southern Ontario. The vast majority of houses there are attached, either as semi detached or even more, in terraces. These houses are what is there when in the fringes of a large city. Chocolate box comes much further out.
@@michaeltutty1540Yeah no. We don’t want that. We want a 500 bedroom mansion in central London with lots of charm and character but modern and light and airy with large rooms and lots of storage and a backyard the size of China with no neighbors or road noise or crime or British people (hate them ew!) for like a dollar.
Spoiled singles. Hillary seems aware and has adjusted to her change to being married and a mother. Whether the other gal faces reality and changes remains to be seen

I love Kirstie and Phil too they’re great and hilarious 😂
I've always wondered if they are a couple or do they just work together....
They are still doing this show and no they are not a couple. Each are married with children.
@@fionavanrensburg1795 they just work together Phil is married to an Australian woman 🤗

Thank you very much :)

I've been watching your 'You tube channel and I'm impressed. I'd love to share some growth ideas with you.
These homes are not what I expected to see in the UK. They look like crappy suburban homes in Canada.

That's exactly what they are, except now these crappy homes go for just shy of 2 million Canadian dollars!
I'm sorry but wtf wtf with the hand bags and shoes? ???
Materialistic. Ridiculous.
