My brother had one of those...bought it brand new. Exactly like the one shown. Those were performance cars, great suspension, lots of power, fun to drive. He had a ball with that car, it was a daily driver for him...and boy did he drive it!
Man! That is one cool looking car even today looks great! I always loved that car! I almost bought a good used in the mid 90s, it was still in mint shape with only mid 40s miles. Boy do i regret not buying it!😎👍awesome car!
Yes if you grew up in 80s and 90s car culture you heard of the Chrysler conquest/mitsubishi starion. Love those.
I have a 1987 with 52k miles in amazing condition, all original. Love it!

I recognise that as a Mitsubishi Starion as driven by Richard Kiel and Jackie Chan in The Cannonball II.
In the 80s this was my favorite import. I think the styling still looks fresh today.
After 34 years (dream car during my teenage years), I finally found one. Beautiful and I get many comments from the younger crowd.
It was actually 188HP. I bought one new in 1988.
Glad to see this era of cars FINALLY getting the kind of attention they (IMO) always deserved.
Hell yes I have heard of these! My parents bought the first 1983 Mitsubishi Starion in my home town ...so cool to see one.
Going on 15 years that ive waited to find one in good shape and reasonable. Awsome ride!
Stock Horsepower for the 1988 Chrysler Conquest TSI is 188hp.
Wanted one when it came out the TSI edition. Bought a Grand National instead. Very Satisfied!
Nice car I us too own one it was an 88 yellow loved this car I sold it about five years ago 👍
I live in Colorado and drive an '88 Conquest too! Cool to see one made it to a meet. If my car ever ran, I sure would love to show 'er off.
My parents had an '87. They both worked for Mopar at the time. It was an awesome car and a joy to drive.
I had two of them; a white and red '89 tsi back in the early 90's. These cars were ahead of their time.
Always loved the styling, looks great from any angle. I do remember seeing many of them broken down by the early 90s tho...
