Informative but the background music is too loud.
I purchased this plant 1 time and I killed it. The flowers smell so nice and that was my first attraction to it. I have not purchased another since b/c I know that this plant will not do well in an apartment... at least not my apartment. Thanks for sharing your experience with this plant and what you have learned. When we purchase our house, I will definitely buy this plant again.

my gardenia is more of a diva than my roses! i thought roses are high-maintenance lol. i dunno what my gardenias want. i killed like 8 pots. yes...i still wanna try cause I LOVE the scent of the flowers.

I don’t know the zone but definitely I can’t take my plants out side due to our unstable weather even in summer

How much is the recommended pH level for Gardenias?
I live in YUMA AZ.....no humidity, so, on to another plant!
I'm not sure how different it is in AZ compared to Los Angeles area but they sell lots of Gardenia plants here, I imagine you'd definitely have to keep it in a more shadier place
What kind of fertalizer do you recommend?
Hi Al, please make sure you use an acidic fertilizer, Gardenias will die if you use any other kind of fertilizer, the only other exception would be Worm casting but gardenias thrive in acidic soil. Hope that helps!

I had a lavender on the right of me and the rest were different types of Jasmines. Madagascar Jasmine, Grand Duke Jasmine, and Arabian Jasmine

Gardenias do not like full sun that's why yours are dying
They don't like full sun in dry heat
This was a bad video I couldn't even understand a woman too much music in the background overriding what she was saying I don't even know what the heck she was saying really and the outside background this is not a good video for the Gardenia plants
