Grow Gardenia plant cuttings in sand very easy method

Thanks for the video! What temperatures are needed for them to root and do you keep the cuttings in the shade while in the sand? I am in Vancouver, Canada.... wondering what time of year can try this? thanks!

I keep the cuttings in shade ..When it grows well you can expose in direct sunlight...
