A-Women, A-Men. This is one of my all time FAVORITE pieces of music. I STILL have my vinyl copy of Songs in the Key of Life. The 2014 Grammys included Pharrell, Daft Punk, Nile Rogers, and Stevie Wonder doing "Get Lucky" - except it wasn't just "Get Lucky." It was a medley, and it ended with "Another Star." EVERYONE was on their feet. Pharrell was so excited to be on stage with Stevie Wonder, he couldn't contain himself. I cannot fathom who could possibly give this a thumbs down. How can there be 925 people on the planet who do not like this. They must hate music.

They made a good run at the title but fell short in the end (we took the title). It is a killer piece and that is the only time I've ever heard it used in a competition, which is a shame. Its scary that I remember actually remember this song being played as a 2yearold in 1976. I remember a lot of Stevie's music from this album that particular year and considering how dominant on the charts this album was I now understand why. I think "Isn't She Lovely" I first remember then "As". I remember going to the park and being held too much (I loved to break away and run lol). That year I remember ABBA's "Dance Queen" , George Benson's "Breezin" Lou Rawls "You'll never find.." . Such a uplifting period thinking back.

You act as if I said I was throwing blue light basement parties in preschool. Not that serious. Certain tunes (notice I said sounds/tunes) I can distinctly remember. I remember captain Kangaroo or certain tunes/sounds that looking back I now know whom they represent. I didn't say when I was 2 years old I got out my crib and pulled the LP out from under the bottle and jumped on the turn table and play Stevies song lol

@@ladyvirtue650 So true, a modern day (King) David who has overcome, the joy of the sweet psalmist. The music and songs he hears and plays are truly heaven sent and inspired. We all are so blessed and fortunate to hear from Stevie. God bless.

Some Stevie Wonder songs were more commercially successful than others. But he is one of the few artists for which I can say there is no such things as a "bad" song by him.
