Taurine, l theanine, agmatine, and magnesium glycinate saved my life. Along with yoga, meditation, walking and breathwork. Autism, adhd, addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma.
Healing is possible. You just gotta find what works for you. It is out there tho. Everyone can heal. No one is doomed. The journey is long and hard, but it's worth it. Keep going.

@@getwell587I've been taking 500mg powdered Ashwagandha root (not extract) capsules everyday for the last 6 weeks, for me it's working better than any anxiety medication that I've ever been on, my anxiety level is now lower than it has been in years as far as I'm concerned I'm now just feeling occasional normal levels of anxiety for valid reasons not the constant debilitating anxiety about everything and nothing that I was feeling for as long as I can remember, I'm actually a happy person again finally.
I was taking two capsules a day one when I get up and one before bed but for the last two weeks I've dropped that to just taking one at night.
The overall anxiety relief wasn't instant it took two to three weeks of taking ashwagandha before my anxiety levels started getting less, but I noticed from day one of taking it that I was sleeping way better at night.

I was having terrible morning anxiety again, about 4 moths ago. 😢I was so nervous because I’m trying to live healthier and I didn’t wanted to go to a psychiatrist to get a prescription. I’m a believer and asked God the Father to help me. I started researching and found out the profound importance of magnesium glycinate and vitamin D. After taking then for a while my life has changed for the better. No more hand shaking or sweating or stomach nervousness. Please try always natural foods, self care and great supplements. I used pure encapsulations brand bc is very important to know some supplements are not that great. Choose the best for your body you deserve the best ❤ keep moving and eat well too. I cut off fast food as well. Ps: forgot to mention I also took l-theanine for a while at night. Also remove from your life the people that are toxic and don’t want to respect your boundaries 😊 please don’t take gaba or ashawanda for too long. If you do this may create issues research well or talk to a specialist.

You don’t need GABA because ltheanine is a precursor for it . Taking to much gaba may tell your body to not produce any more and this will bring other problems. While is good to take supplements always check long term effects. Magnesium glycinate and l theanine are safer . GABA just once in a while if that. I would look on got or good how to produce gaba naturally instead 😊

I use White, Oolong, Mulberry, Green, Chaga mushroom, turmeric, ginger as well as the Hibiscus tea. I sweeten it naturally, usually honey. Honey also has good health benefits. I hope this helps. Nothing works for me , my chronic anxiety is so high, its more like chronic terror. Ive tried pharmaceutical medication, counselling, every type of supplement, breathing, meditations, tapping, prayer, exercise. I even have experienced panic attacks while on strong opioid..the things that knock other people out have no effect on me and i havent got more than an hour or two sleep maximum, in years now. My whole digestive systems is painfully inflamed now and anything i eat including supplement capsules, are passed in the toilet intact and undigested in as fast as 20/30 minutes. Im so unwell i can't function. I cant go anywhere much because of such low physical energy, such high high anxiety, pain/ discomfort, poor cognitive functioning and most embarrassingly now- faecal incontinence.
One of the worst things is being alone and without family/ friends understanding and support. Doctors have nothing to offer that helps ( GP sends me to psychiatric who only give antidepressants/antipsychotics which i have tried countless times and types but only left me worse)

Sad to hear man. Maybe try to go back the foundation. Go walking in the nature, exercise HIT daily, skip tv and news and go to an diëtist and check for food allergies or intolerante. I only discovered 3 years ago that i was intolerant for milk and gluten. Stop eating that, and the difference was night and day. Take magnesium for bed time. To make the story short, check out how they lived 1000 of years ago and try to copy that in most cases.(paleo diet). Those people back then weren't depressed for a reason.... good luck

Stomach problems, heart problems, pregnancy changes if a woman. So many reasons that you could have something else causing you to have such severe anxiety.prying for you I'm also struggling with anxiety supplements help some.
