Have been doing your meditations every morning for the last few months , and they have absolutely changed my life. This one was amazing thank you so much for what you bring into this world ! ❤️
May I suggest, letting the music play for a little longer, with no voice at the end of the meditations? I usually take a few extra seconds to do a few affirmations, but usually the music ends so quickly, and a loud obnoxious ad comes on before I can come out of my meditation slowly and with intention. Anyone else feel like this would be a wonderful addition?

5am CST. Good morning all. So good to be able to have a moment of pure bliss. It's like that moment, when you're on vacation when you realize you're really on vacation and don't have to do anything.😊. All goodness is preaent. All kindness is present. All peacefulness is present. The moment you self-talk and say "this is good". "This is good" (huge smile). Enjoy the moment.

This is a tough one for me . I habe been trying to find my way back to my happiness . I lost my husband and then my mom and I struggle to find my deep happiness . I want to be happy but grief stops it from fully allowing it 😢. I will do this meditation more to see if I can get it back

Happiness is not something we find. It's something we create. We can stop doing things in an attempt to find happiness and focus on thoughts that make us happy.
I'm not really sure what the "stillness within" is or how to find it but good meditation once again. I love hearing your voice.
