Rocket "Vostok"

The Vostok launch vehicle, which launched Vostok-1 on April 12, 1961 into near-Earth orbit, carrying Yuri Gagarin on the first manned mission into outer space, was displayed at VDNKH on July 8, 1967 in commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the Great October Socialist Revolution.
