Thank you all for watching. I hope this video helps out in some way. The Soyuz Launcher Deluxe is definitely a great piece of gear. Check it out here: imp.i114863.net/NKrD72
I'm using the original Launcher on my FatHead II ribbon mic and dig it. I'm seriously thinking about this one for condensers and running thru my mixbuss... Other than sweet saturation, did you notice any added noise to your signal? Thank you!
It can work either as a preamp or a sound coloring device (in Saturate mode). And this Delux version is able to work with all mics (dynamic, ribbon, condenser ones).

What preamp would you compare it to? And is it as good as buying a more expensive popular preamp?
the infamous quistion how does it compare to cloudlifter ?
We're working on that video now 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾. I should have the cloudlifter in a week or two.
It took 3 minutes and 50 seconds to convince me to spend $600…
So what does it do

Because of the unique geometry of a transformer coil and materials it gives a beautiful saturation if needed or controlled preamplification
