Marinate Pork 腌猪肉:
250g Minced Pork 250克 猪肉碎
1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce 1汤匙 蚝油
¼ teaspoon Pepper ¼ 茶匙 胡椒粉
1 teaspoon Corn Flour 1茶匙 玉米粉
Ingredients 配料:
600g Pumpkin, strips 600克 金瓜, 切条
5 Small red onions, slices 5粒 小洋头, 切片
5 Garlic, minced 5粒 蒜头, 切碎
60g Dried shrimp, minced 60克 虾米, 切碎
2条 Chinese Sausage, diced 2条 腊肠, 切粒
3 Red Chilli 3条 红辣椒
1 Stalk Green Onion 1颗 青葱
Flour Mixture 粉混合物:
60g Tapioca flour 60克 木薯粉
300g Rice Flour 300克 粘米粉
1 teaspoon Salt 1茶匙 盐
½ teaspoon Pepper ½ 茶匙 胡椒粉
900ml Water 900毫升 水
