Lol, well I wanted to look at it as the age range it’s intended for alongside the fan base. I’m also secretly hoping it somehow becomes collectible for the switch as it did on the Wii U, probably won’t but you never know right!
Maaaan, this is a shame. I'm a huge fan of Hello Kitty, and was actually hoping this would be good. Good thing I looked it up first! Thanks for keeping me from wasting my money, man
Yeah this would not be a good choice that's for sure. My favorite for the Sanrio universe was a snes game called Sanrio World Smash Ball!, I'm not sure if your into retro but Im sure you can rom it or something if not. That game is crazy addictive! Unless you've played it already!
1 year in the future lol they put more effort in not restocking the sanrio amiibo cards than making this game.

I'm surprised the developer didn't think it was worth putting more work into this. Between small children, people who want more karting beyond Mario Kart regardless of characters, and those odd adults that just really like super cute, I think this could have been a decent seller. Enough to justify the budget to make it at least an average quality game.
I agree, kart market is a big one for opportunity. When will we get a new diddy king racing!!! Least we are getting another sonic racers!

Thanks for the review. I was sure my 4 and 6 year old would love it either way, but I was still interested in seeing what I would actually get out of this game. I hope this ends up helping them with using a controller.
It’s a fantastic option for that, not too complicated but enough to get a grasp for the controllers and understand how it all works. Glad it helped!

It is on sale on the eshop currently for $8 I only purchased it for my little one to play it and it is worth it for the $8 price point but anything more than that is too much lol

I was about to buy a copy of this game on eBay for my Nintendo Switch and thought I would look it up first and I'm glad I did because the game doesn't look that great after all :( At least I didn't waste my money on it.

you know i like easy games, then i mean games with not much content that get boring very fast should never be difficult.
most mario kart ripoffs are too hard, yeah maybe easy for people who keep on playing.. but yeah who plays a game just to repeat the same tracks over and over.
if this game had a challenge with those dumb graphics then it was just a bad game.
i would have played this if it had online multiplayer.
The Elite Gamer yeah it’s the speed on this one that was a pain as well just way too slow and no options to up it! Have you tried All Star Fruit Racing it’s surprisingly decent!

All star fruit I think is 19.99 at bestbuy and gamestop right now. I was addicted to Mario kart lol def got my money’s worth. Can see why it may be something you don’t pick up too often also though
@@SwitchCorner don't know, but the unlocking system sucks. on the wii i unlocked rosalina with all cups 3 stars.
so most you can unlock online. then online i want to race on snes rainbow road not 20x moo moo meadows..

its just a straight port of Hello Kitty & Sanrio Friends 3D Racing from the 3DS, honestly i expected more from an official licensed game given the green light by Sanrio... i lament the loss of Hello kitty Online an actually GOOD Hello Kitty game

Holy crap what a useless game. Graphics is soooooooo hooorrriiiiiibbbblllleeeeeeee!!!! I love pink and all that fluffy stuff, but this is a pain in the ass just to watch that glider slide around pixel by pixel in reverse gear ...Even for 1 buck I wouldn't download it as a mobile app at all.
I can see your reasoning! I’m sure there is an audience for it. This one was a hard one to comment on I feel like for a younger audience, problem is Hello Kitty appeals to a huge demographic!
Lol there was an app version but it got pulled from the Play Store and the iTunes Store.
