- Hey there! Here's a pretty easy and simple meal prep for this week.

Question when it comes to fruit like grapes, strawberries ECT do you slice and then Measure or put them in whole?
Hey lady! Sorry I’m just getting back to you. Grapes I do whole, strawberries I would slice. Honestly it’s not the biggest deal as long as you can shut the lids!

I loved this! So what calorie category are you in? I would love to see more of your meal preps! After my third baby, I successfully lost almost 40 pounds with this program, so now after my fifth baby I am going back to what I have been successful at with the 21 Day Fix!! It just seems like there isn’t anything NEW out there - I am so glad to have found your channel! Please post more!!!
