@@ComputerizedCanada It was. Looks like I got the bad end of the mix, I opened it up and apparently the fans were pretty cheap like and heat pipes weren't as smooth as. I repasted it however with the Thermal Grizzly and it did help so now it's around at 84-86c so not bad.
