Thank you for the warm hospitality during my visit to the historic city of Lynchburg, VA. Your channel has been incredibly informative, and it reminded me of the saying from my country, "Seeing something once is worth more than hearing about it a thousand times." I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and was impressed by how the city prioritizes the quality of life for its residents. The community's support for local businesses, emphasis on higher education, and creation of a safe, creative environment for family time stood out. The well-maintained walkways for cycling, running, and roller skating, as well as relaxing walks with friends and family, reflect the city's commitment to a healthy lifestyle. I was particularly charmed by the vibrant, artsy painted vintage pianos at bus stops, showcasing Lynchburg’s dedication to restoration and recycling for the benefit of future generations. The breathtaking mountain views, with their blue layers and serene backdrop, provide a perfect setting for hammocks where students from across the nation and the world can unwind and enjoy the lower humidity of the mountaintops. The city’s cleanliness and numerous walking paths reminded me of quaint European towns, reflecting the hardworking and responsible nature of its residents. The historic buildings, some dating back hundreds of years, have been beautifully restored, preserving their original charm while integrating modern architectural elements. As a world traveler, I also appreciated the presence of international grocery stores, a variety of international restaurants, and local coffee shops and bakeries-these amenities make it easier for visitors to feel at home, especially during holidays and special occasions. Most importantly, I noticed the many Christian churches, similar to Seoul, Korea, which likely contribute to the lower crime rates. Thank you and your family once again. God bless you.
Just for the record you don't make me uncomfortable.😀 I learned some stuff from this video. Gracias! Just curious, are you seeing differences in the market at various price points?
Ooooh. I appreciate that! Yes. I do think higher priced homes ($500,000 - $700,000) may be sticking around a little longer. But if you have those homes in the $200,000 to $300,000 priced right, they’re still moving pretty quickly. First time home buyers, investors, maybe downsizers.
