This video is so well done! I bought an old refurbished paperwhite 3 on ebay recently. I really wanted the lit screen feature after having had a kindle basic for so long with no light. However, I didn't realize the light was going to be blue. It bothered my eyes and I couldn't get past how unnatural the screen looked to me. So, I returned it and got the new paperwhite instead. World of difference for me to have the warm screen. Didn't want to fork over the cash, but it ended up being worth it. If you ever decide to upgrade, the new paperwhite is nice just for that warm feature.
Thank you so much! I did think about it only for the warm feature, but since I've never had a Kindle before I wanted to try the cheapest option available! Which didn't disappoint in my opinion, the size is really convenient as well. I wish they would offer it on the Kindle basic. Maybe in the future I'll be able to upgrade or buy to compare.

@KaeleBlue The basic isn't a bad place to start at all! I still have mine from 2011. The size is definitely more convenient than the paperwhite. Keep up the good work with your videos. I think you should have way more views!

Hello, is reading without warm light comfortable? I want to buy this kindle because of its low price, but I'm a little afraid of the lack of warm lighting.
I find it really comfortable to my eyes! I honestly think it is worth it even without the warm light. Perhaps down the road you can upgrade if anything! Hope this helps you a little bit ^^ thank you for watching the video and commenting!
You can also buy blue light glasses! There are glasses that are just the lenses without reading glasses strength!
Everyone says that battery life can last for a week, but my kindle uses a lot of battery. I don't know why. Even though I turn on airplane mode.
Alou! Could it be that brightness is way up all the time? I use my brightness level very low as you can see on the video, so the battery life on my kindle is really long. It really depends on certain options and how often you use it, but there's a possibility it could be a faulty battery? If you bought it recently you could reach out to Amazon or the place you bought it!

Mine last every 2 weeks before charging. My brightness is just below half way and it’s always in airplane mode unless I turn it off to return books or buy books
Do you have to have kindle unlimited to read books?

How did you download the manga
Alou! In this case I used the manga that's included with prime, but in one of my other videos I explain some methods to send files to the kindle. That includes PDFs!

There's no reason to not put a warm light on a reader anymore.b is already significantly smaller than the Paperwhite. Give. Don't add the auto brightness and page turn animations... But come on already! It just doesn't work not to have one
