For solo practice it’s great. Love how well it takes pedals, so I can keep it on the clean channel & run my fuzz or other dirty tones thru it without having to dime the drive channel.
@@gwugluud exactly. Most mini amps are basically just toys, whereas the ministack has actually served me well as a great practice amp at home & it takes pedal really well, which is more than I can say for any other mini amp like it. 🤘🏼
I have that Orange mini amp, and it also sounds good, but only if you mic it super close lol. My Fender Mini Twin, the only real use for that one is as a fuzz. These mini amps are interesting
When did these come out? I’ve not seen anybody talk about them at all. I always thought the Laney mini stb’s looked cool but maybe lacking some power and these are double the power right? I thought these would have been more popular. Seems like most people see them as a toy, I think their pictures online does make it seem similar to those Marshall micro stack ms4 toy things tbf haha
I believe they were originally released in 2018. They are definitely much better than those little marshalls. I will be posting videos in the future to demonstrate how they can actually be used to play live shows & in the studio. Fun little amps! 🤘🏼🎸🔊
Sold my 15W Marshall, and got the Ministack due to space constraints at home. Great little toy to have!

I like that these aren’t as ludicrously tiny as most mini amps. I mean, I “get” “mini”; but damn.

Cool amp. I like the red lights look like tubes glowing.
Yeah, the Iron is my favorite! 🤘🏼
Caution, power supply needs a positive ground. Not normally used in Canada or USA. Not sure about other countries.
