    is it safe to dive this deep ? Can the brains whitstand the pressure which i assume is high ?

    • @krbo
      @krbo  5 лет назад

      In fact, pressure is really high. Literally, you can feel how your body is pressed. Especially below 30 m the feeling is really intensive.
      Back to your question. Human body is really miracle, we are able handle much higher pressure. In this video you can see it: ruclips.net/video/flYmFAe6OmU/видео.html (at 1: 10min. they are at 30m).

    whats your advice for beginner freedivers

    • @krbo
      @krbo  3 месяца назад +1

      First and in my opinion the most important thing is to find people in your area who are into freediving. The ideal is to take a basic course, which is always very helpful for beginners.
      People naturally have the biggest fear of something unknown. When a person doesn't know why his body reacts the way it does (kicking the diaphragm, balancing the pressure in the ears, breathing, ...), he naturally can't perform at his best or won't try what he considers "dangerous" things at all. Freediving is a really safe sport, unless of course we are talking about extreme performances (say depths below 80-90m).
      But the most important thing is: never dive alone, always have your buddy by your side.
