Really spectacular experience to sail with wild dolphins. Somewhere between Rabac and Cres in Croatia. Skutočne úžasný zážitok plaviť sa s divými delfínmi. Niekde medzi Rabacom a ostrovom Cres v Chorvátsku.

    whats your advice for beginner freedivers

    • @krbo
      @krbo 4 месяца назад

      First and in my opinion the most important thing is to find people in your area who are into freediving. The ideal is to take a basic course, which is always very helpful for beginners. People naturally have the biggest fear of something unknown. When a person doesn't know why his body reacts the way it does (kicking the diaphragm, balancing the pressure in the ears, breathing, ...), he naturally can't perform at his best or won't try what he considers "dangerous" things at all. Freediving is a really safe sport, unless of course we are talking about extreme performances (say depths below 80-90m). But the most important thing is: never dive alone, always have your buddy by your side.

      Sve je u treningu i znanju. Ako imate dobrog trenera (pozdravljam Jaro Figura iz ruclips.net/video/JBRVZPxo77o/видео.html), brzo ćete to shvatiti, npr. 15m dubina nije problem.

    is it safe to dive this deep ? Can the brains whitstand the pressure which i assume is high ?

    • @krbo
      @krbo 5 лет назад

      In fact, pressure is really high. Literally, you can feel how your body is pressed. Especially below 30 m the feeling is really intensive. Back to your question. Human body is really miracle, we are able handle much higher pressure. In this video you can see it: ruclips.net/video/flYmFAe6OmU/видео.html (at 1: 10min. they are at 30m).

    • @krbo
      @krbo 6 лет назад

      Of course, there is one guy sitting on the edge of the pool and supervises safety. On the other hand this pool isn't for everyone. For entrance you have to have certificate for freediving (or diving).

      @krbo 6 лет назад

      McLarenBMW In fact, I personally know 6-7 years old children which are able freedive 10-15 m and one 13 year old girl with PB 30 m. Simply, when you know how, it’s really safe sport.

    • @krbo
      @krbo 5 лет назад

      No, in the pool, there are also part with approx 1.3m deep, where children can practice swimming without permission.

    • @krbo
      @krbo 6 лет назад

      There are no difference between diving 5 or 50m. You have to know how to equalise pressure in your ears.
