One month ago I was at the exact same lodge taking pictures of the birds at the lake. The sounds, the atmosphere was incredible. This video was like a journey back in time to November, where I was sitting in the canoe at the same lodge and sailing across the river. Very emotional and the quality of the film exceeds everything I expected. I thought the channel had well over 100,000 subscribers. For me it is incomprehensible how you can only have so “few” subscribers. Keep it up, your videos and photos at the end of the videos are incredibly beautiful. ❤️

I am impressed by the great mood you convey with this video. I can't put the mood into words, especially because my mother tongue is Austrian German. The words big and higher would be an approximation :-) . The bird shots are at their best! The sight of the crocodiles in real life probably takes courage... just found another word: magic.. it could be magic 🙂

Nice footage ! Truly true, the one would like to know how wildlife was before they were cutting down the forest to just 2%. Thanks!

Benjamin: As another A1/200-600 bird shooter, I am impressed with the stability of your video clips - was that all shot hand-holding? Even with IBIS/lens stabilization and the addition of some slow motion (assuming you were shooting video at 120 fps?) adding to the stability, it's nonetheless noteworthy! Are you perhaps using additional stabilization in post on those video clips?

Thanks for the comment. Most shots were just shot with IBIS and at 100fps. With some shots have had a warp stabiliser added in post-production, but on a lower intensity as it does degrade the image and crops.

with my a7iv, i use GyroFlow , very useful for stabilisation
