I'm new to art. So what tool are you using to make the white pop?

It pops because it's surrounded by darker values and I also use an electric eraser - that takes out most of the pigment with little effort. Sometimes I use white gel pen as well if I need a strong highlight. :)

What coloured pencils did you use cause I need some new ones for myself
It's not a coloured pencil, it's a so-called Conte pencil - a mixture somewhere between a graphite and a charcoal pencil.
