Invasion Of The Body Snatchers Films

A look at the three Invasion Of The Body Snatchers films, from the 1950's, 1970's and 1990's. I ignore The Invasion as its terrible. But the other films have great directors in Don Siegal, Phillip Kaufman and Abel Ferrera, doing their thing with an interesting idea.

Good stuff. i need to pick up the Ferrara film on Kino. Always loved the 56 version for its economy and pace. Have grown to love the 78 version. It has a Richard Lester type cast. Haven't seen the Invasion. For obvious reasons.

It was all going so well until the last one. But the first three are so good and different that you can watch all three over a week and not be bored.
