- Tim Kennedy is an active duty Master Sergeant and Green Beret in the US Army. He has fought professional MMA with the UFC, Strikeforce, the WEC, ShoMMA, and HDNet Fights, retiring from the MMA in 2017. Tim has founded Sheepdog Response[sheepdogrespon...], his new school Apogee Academy[apogeecedarpar...], 4 Pillars Fit, Woobies, and RangerUP. Today, we talk about what Tim overcomes in his own life and how he stays focused, maintains his life, and continually levels up his drive.
