I'm loving the series -- but I'm a little confused on some steps. When setting up the machine for applique do you use the A/M function to stop the machine after each color stop in order to lay down materials, or are you using the frame out key to stop the machine to place applique material onto the machine? I'm confused as to when to use which step. Thanking you in advance for the clarification.

I have an applique design I want to do but it has 48 color changes. How can I go passed the 30 slots of color? Thanks

Hi, why the color of the logo show in the panel not same at the neddle color selected?

Hi there, the color on the panel does not reflect the color on the spools, since you can change the spools to your preference. You have to coordinate the number on the panel with the spool number of the color you need to use.

I have a question I've saved my image with chroma inspire it shows me I have 49 colors to input however when I load it to my machine it only allows me to load 47 colors what is going on ????

I see 2 viewers below that had the same question. Can you just land the answer on the comments below vs using an automated response to visit the Ricoma tech support site. As I write this I am on hold for over 45 minutes for the same question on adding more than 30 color changes on the dash board. I have also sent in a request in for service and no call back. Henry lets step up the time frame on customer service responses through the phone and emails.
