I’m a 74 year old woman. I had a right comminuted proximal humerus break in August 2023 and a left mildly comminuted humerus break in August 2024. I have been working with you since the break in 2023 and even though the doctor said I might never get back full motion, because the right break was also displaced 1cm, I was able to get 99% use . Thank you for your help with that. I am on week 6 with the left humerus break and working with you on RUclips. I feel like I am progressing well and hope to get full use of this arm in the end. Thank you for providing videos we can follow at our own pace throughout the healing process and for your inspiring talks throughout 💕
Thank you for posting this, I am a 62 year old woman living alone (uk) and in a traffic accident came off my bike at full force on my arm and have a proximal humerus fracture non displaced. I am 4 weeks in and yesterday went to hospital for physio. The young lad got me doing stretches that were hurting, and I have been in chronic pain since 😢. This has depressed me so much, as I was just starting to get into a comfortable position in bed to get a few hours sleep. I feel like any progress I had made has been ruined.
@@gailpallett2925how are you doing? I’m at week 6 and X-ray tomorrow. I’m confident I’ll be out of sling. Not had physio. Dreading bedtime with no sling to stop me rolling onto my right which is where the break was/is & my dominant side 🫤
@@gailpallett2925I’m sorry I didn’t see your post sooner. I hope you are feeling better now. I just wanted to say that I used a bed wedge so that I could sleep in a kinda upright position so that it didn’t put pressure on my broken arm. It worked for me and I got the sleep I needed.
I'm so happy I found you. It's been an interesting journey, I fractured my Humerus whilst on holiday in Nepal and had an operation to insert a titanium plate. Never thought I would see the inside of a hospital in Kathmandu. All in all, it was a wonderful experience and the staff were amazing. As I was not in the system here in the UK it took quite a while for the health service to kick in. In the meantime I started doing your exercises and enjoying your videos. I love the support, and I love your little jokes, and yes we're all little elephants roaming through the jungle. I now have a physiotherapist and they're very happy for me to continue using your videos for my full recovery journey. Thank you
Hi Adam My son introduced me to your videos for my broken humorous and arm. I started them shortly after my surgery. I can't thank you enough for the results after 6 weeks I am doing so much better. I even told my doctor and he wanted to know about you and said I was doing great. I am now at the 7th week session and driving my car again! Thanks again for your support and encouragement.

Thank you again! I follow your videos starting late April. I had shoulder dislocation and displaced humerus fracture on March, 10. I've stared doing your phases 1 and 2 videos after 6 weeks of the strict immobilization. When I was finally released from the sling on May, 11, I started phase 4 video, my favorite one. I added phase 3 in the beginning of June. On June, 13, my physician have tested me, and he was very surprized to find that I performed 30-40% ahead of othe patients with similar traumas. I am progressing, and I am doing phase V now. I love the eccentric deltoid lift - it feels like the muscle is getting alive:) Thank you so much!

I've switched from physio to my chiropractor who is proving to be super helpful and I'm at about this place in my exercise ability without it feeling like I'm tearing muscles. I'm really grateful for these videos to set me on a good exercise path. In my Canadian-ness, sometimes I'm rolling my eyes at your motivational talk. LOL It's does help keep it on the light side.
Hi Adam, I am a 58 year old woman in rural Australia and couldn’t get into a physiotherapist until late January, your videos have been amazing, thank you so much I know I wouldn’t have gotten this far without your help
Thank you so much. Going from a very active life style to this was a big transition. You are giving me faith and strength that I will return to my life. Thank you.

Hi Adam, cannot say enough thank you to you for providing these videos with such inspirational messages, you are a super human, and these videos means so much help and good energy to everyone going through this experience which is so painful and you provide a light to all of us, God BLESS
I am watching your physio therapie from Germany and follow your instructions. The way you present your lessons is very cooperativ and helpful. Thanks !
With confirmation from the hospital that the fracture is healed I am much more confident while doing your exercises. I am going abroad this week and thanks to these videos it will be a much more comfortable trip.
Adam thank you so much for your videos. I'm a 60yo road cyclist who crashed - left side fractured shoulder, ride side "gamekeepers" thumb. Your videos are making a real difference and helping me keep motivated during rehab. I know they'll lead to a better recovery than just relying on my physio sessions.
Glad to team up with you, Gary. I had a number of big crashes when racing mountain bikes and know what it's like to nurse back from a fracture. You got this!
Hello. I’m a fifty something bicyclist who is 6 weeks out from the same injuries as you only on the opposite sides. I am curious how you are doing now. And how long was it until you were able to bike or drive again. Thank you!
Thank you for your encouragement and guidance. I can do things I thought were impossible and I now have complete hope of reclaiming all my range of motion at age 70. I have seen an ortho doctor and she recommended PT. I go to my first PT appointment next week, but I think one session will be enough since I have made such great progress at home with your videos.
Hi Dr Adam, I wished I had found your videos since week 1° ... phylos plate, many screws, conminute fracture- prox humerus. I'll be 7 weeks post surgery tomorrow ( fractured 2 weeks before surgery). I started with your videos last week and I am on this one now - I do it 3 times per day and also some other exercises between. You are hypnotic - making us believe we will get better - thank you so much for your work, the good energy you spread - I hope will go back to you full of blessings. To those passing through this injury, keep exercise, I started to see the light at the end of tunnel this week ... we can make it💪🏻
You are nothing short of AMAZING... thank you so so much. Your calming demeanor and perfectly chosen exercises are just what I need to feel like I can "do this"
Hello from Panamá! You have been the most amazing gift - thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and being inspiring and encouraging to me in my time of need! I had surgery 7 weeks ago and saw my surgeon last week and she was amazed with my progress. I’ve been with you since my first week and so needed to have your positive energy - especially back then. To one of the most important people in my life right now- YOU ROCK
Hey mate. 6 weeks post surgery for comminuted proximal humerus fracture. I believe a large measure of my progress is due to you and this series. Truly grateful you have made this series. You've contributed greatly to my hope of recovery, physically and mentally. Cheers
You have been a God send to me!!! Thank you so much for your videos! I’m on week 6, and starting to improve!!! If I could I would give you the biggest one arm hug ever❤❤❤❤❤
Jut found Adam fields today and he is excellent. I have a fractured Humerus and doing these exercises with him is really helpful. I am am active 83 year old and hope to stay that way, but I know I must follow good therapy. Thanks for finding you today, October 5, 2024. Mike Higgins
You are totally fantastic. Thank you so much for these fantastic videos. I'm 71 years old and fell of my racing bike Broke my shoulder socket 9 weeks ago. Had a couple of scans and that's it. You videos have transformed how I feel about myself and my chances of recovery. I've been doing that for a week and such an improvement. Thank you Sir..Love your style as well👍
Hello! Thank you SO MUCH for these awesome exercises. I came upon them while researching online PT. I have a comminuted proximal humerus fracture that happened Feb. 6th while doing laps, ice skating indoors. No snow this year so no cross country skiing. I switched to lap skating and caught the toe picks on brand new blades on ice and had a mighty lurch onto outstretched arms and left shoulder. I started doing PT at the hospital but find your versions much more inspiring and fun. Thanks to you! Have never experienced this kind of pain or set back so you are so good to find. Good luck out there to all of us healing. Keep going. Motion is lotion as Dr. Adam Fields says! (Note to lap skaters. Get speed skates or hockey skates. Skip the figure skates!).
Thank you Dr your videos have been such a God Send. Appreciate the support and encouragement...this is a rough road but your Videos are a Saving Grace!
I cannot express adequately enough, how grateful I am for your videos...(70 yrs old). Thank the good Lord, I came across them two weeks after my accident... I suffered a dislocated arm and fractured humerus, walking a dog that ran after a cat! I fell flat on the road and I immediately knew that the arm had been dislocated. After X-rays, the fracture was discovered. I have been in a brace totally immobilised for too long. At the beginning of this week, the brace was discarded! Yay! and I was told to do physio. In the meantime I had already started with your videos... the hand and wrist exercises specifically, which gave me a good head start. Initially, even with the physio, I was full of fear and would habitually keep my arm flat against the front of my body. Difficult habit to break! I still do it. Your videos are so gentle, the pace just right and my flexibility is improving daily! SO grateful! 🙏 Just started phase 5.
Hi Adam I broke my humerus in July. I had my first physio session last week & the physiotherapist was amazed at my progress and movement I have made due to doing your videos twice daily. I am 65. I now need to work on strengthening the arm and will be moving on to week 7 video. Thank you so much for these videos . I AM STRONG!!!

Hi Adam, I have been using your videos after a dislocation and fracture at the top of my humerus bone. They are an amazing tool in my recovery process! My injury occurred just before Christmas, and access to a Physio over the Christmas period was very limited (New Zealand goes into holiday mode 🌞🎄 🏖) Once I did get to see my physio he was very surprised how well I was doing! Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge, skills and time! You are awesome! 🏆🥇♥
Hi I am new at this exercise and tried to do it but it hurts too much so I’ll back off for awhile BUT I really appreciate your videos, because home OT only showed me swinging arm or moving across table or up wall… your exercises are truly more detailed and it’s like having a PT helping me during this trial! Oh I’m 72 woman, and fell 6 weeks ago with losing balance and did a body slam on left side on my carpet! Ended up with 3 fractures under shoulder AND with OA in knee with tares was actually why I fell! It’s tough getting older but I’m young at heart 💕 have a great day Gail.
Thanks Dr. Fields, my wife found your videos and my 94-year old father is using them every day. He is at week seven and just starting with this one. It's great to see him move. We really appreciate your supportive manner and your efforts to make this series,
Hi Adam, I’m in the United Kingdom and six weeks ago. My Labrador pulled me over and I broke my humerus bone and my shoulder. My relationship of 10 years also finished the same weekend so I was a little bit under the weather you could say I wanted to message you to let you know I had a physiotherapy appointment with the national health service the NHS here in the UK as from week one I’ve been following your videos And the NHS have thanked me for introducing you to them and asked me on my last appointment if I minded them giving your videos out to our NHS patients you are so uplifting your videos are so helpful. I’ve been doing them for eight weeks now and I can move my arm my shoulder anddo most things still trying to get full movement back but I just thought that I would text you and let you know keep doing the work that you do. I think you’re awesome thank you.
Thank you very much. I fractured my humerus on 21 st December 2023 in Sydney while on holiday . I was put in Collar and Cuff . I’ve found your videos and find them helpful . Watching from Zimbabwe Africa .
Thank you so much for helping me through my journey. I broke my proximal shoulder break. You are so inspiring . My doctor can’t believe how far and fast I have healed. I actually feel stronger now and going to keep strength training. Thank you again ❤ 15:43
I’m a 67 year old woman who is boldly recovering from an E trike accident. Yes, trike 😂 I like to go back to previous videos to celebrate how far I have come! Your videos are inspiring and have given me confidence in my recovery! Bless you and thank you for being there!
Thanks so much for these videos-I found them by accident (no pun intended 😂). I’m in the UK. Every healthcare provider I’ve seen here has talked about the pain during recovery , the long rehab and being prepared to not regain enough movement to return to preaccident activities. Your positivity and side comments are so encouraging and your videos with their soundtrack are so much more inspiring than the exercise sheet I was given after my X-ray. I can’t thank you enough and already feel more optimistic about the next few months (week 6 post accident, day 2 using videos!)
Such an uplifting comment for me to read. Please pass the link on to your healthcare providers so they can give more than that "piece of paper ; )" ruclips.net/p/PLx10M_1d-mu2S7CK5H6ft2wi4-zPLdmcQ

So grateful for your excellent videos! Especially the way they progress each week - seems like the perfect pace! Am writing from Spain where the national health system and my private health system offer practically zero rehab - so your videos are a boon!!! 🤩🤩💪💪💪 you deserve a medal! Or a bunch of them 🎖🏅🎖🏅😁
@@dradamfields All the best for your trip!✈✈🌈 I'm sure you'll be teaching a lot too! Just wondering - in weeks 6-7 is it good to use a pulley thing you can hang from the door- I've seen it on a video by UK National Health System but they have no time line. I guess the key is it's OK as long as it doesn't hurt???
I cant thank you enough for your videos.. I love your focus on gratitude. I am a musician and my right arm humerous broke in 4 places from a fall. These videos and my PT have so helped me. Thank you!!
; ) Keep up the consistency and keep seeing your PT. You're on your way, Andrea. The rest of the series is being released soon or you can find it in the playlists

Almost 6 weeks in with a double Humorus break- ouch! Thank you for your encouragement and skillful weekly videos. They give me hope and the feeling of not doing this alone. So grateful!
I’m on week 7 of my minimally displaced proximal humerus fracture but I’m stuck on Phase lV of your videos and can’t go any further because my doctor is waiting until week 10 to give me an x-ray to clear me for strengthening exercises. I am looking forward to start Phase V in a couple of weeks but until then I’m having a good time replaying Phase l-IV. Thanks for your video series, they have been very helpful so far.
Thank you l broke my shoulder 3 months ago, still not had physio, so l started to do yr excercise but l can’t lift my arm as the pain knocks me sick but l am determined to get my arm working again thank you 😊
Hi thank you so much for your videos- they have been a godsend! I am in week 7 and the fracture is healing well. I can feel the difference your exercises are making and your positivity and empathy are so helpful. It is such a challenging injury... I live in the UK and there is so little patient care- you are pretty much abandoned in between x-ray appointments... I will be starting official physiotherapy next week. Regarding the massage gun, what speed would you be using? The one I bought has got 6 speeds. Thanks again for understanding and for making a real difference to patients ' life!
Thanks so much! I like the faster speeds but applied lightly. That makes it so the gun is less likely to jump around on me but get a feel for what works for you. Start on the perimeter and slowly work toward the injured area as you can tolerate.
Hi Adam just found your channel, can you please advise. My shoulder and arm ache at night, some days I have no pain other days I'm in agony. My shoulder fracture is 6 weeks in.Do others experience the same.I feel very on my own with this injury I have gone from a,walk 10 smiles a day to not leaving the house.Help😮
Hang in there and keep fighting! The videos will guide you and, hopefully, help you feel like you are not alone. And, by all means, get out and take a 20 min walk.
@Gently225 you are NOT alone! I am week 6 today & last week I went back on pain medication for 7 nights as the aching was too much. It was waking me, I’m still propped up so my neck also aches & is holding muscle tension causing morning headaches. I feel stronger more so during day. I have X-ray tomorrow regarding the healing. Am confident I am doing well due to these wonderful videos however this is along battle and you can do it!❤ Keep walking the fresh air & exercise is much needed for your mental health aswell as physical. 3-6 miles max is great. 10 is maybe asking too much of your body as if strapped up your body is out of line, if not strapped your arm swings more than you realise. How are you feeling this week???
@darnitthelma4247 I am feeling so much better, walking every day and have now got medical cannabis for the pain The cannabis therapy has helped me enormously I am practically pain free.My arm and shoulder is very stiff so I continue with physical therapy.I am drinking the cannabis tea before bed so I get an amazing sleep.I come of the cannabis therapy next week so we will see how my progress is going.I am going for an x-ray next week to see if I need surgery to mend the tendons.Fingers crossed I will be ok.I hope you get some relief soon We are living a nightmare 😱🤸
I love your series. This is my week 6 just got out of the sling I even okayed this with the orthopedic surgeon 3 weeks ago showed her your videos. Here's my biggest problem my elbow is 15% locked and I can't get it unlocked 3 weeks ago they said let it hang for a couple times per day but they didn't give me any elbow exercises so I've made no progress with that 15% lock. I'm doing your videos the shoulder doesn't seem as bad as the elbow now i do tend to have a little bit different curved arms and maybe that's why the elbow is so painful but my question to you is do you have any videos specifically to unlock this elbow right now. My professional PT starts February 7th next week but I'm doing your stuff daily I love your whole demeanor I love your series thank you so much for doing these. Again my elbow seems worse than my shoulder right now I have a closed broken right humerus fracture which has not moved and healing. So if you have anything for the elbow please let me know I cannot get it unlocked
Thankyou for all your guidence. I’m slowly doing some of the exercises I feel I can do. At 5 1/2 weeks I had another X-ray to show my humorous is nearly healed, just the top bit close to the shoulder joint. Now I’m 7 weeks and continue doing what I can. Slowly! I won’t be able to get any physio help in person until I return home to Spain next week! Meanwhile I’ve developed pain in my.lower left back! Obviously screaming that it’s compensating too much! Do you have special exercise to help with this?
I have no doubt I'd be able to do these exercises, but I'm convinced that my shoulder is out of it's socket. It's very frustrating because I'm now seven weeks out from my ORIF surgery and have only met with my surgeon once post-op (last week). He said that the bone had resolved but it clearly hasn't. I really want to avoid another surgery. But I don't meet with my doctor again for another two months and worry that if I continue with it in this condition for that long it will cause serious damage. Would it be worth seeing a chiropractor?
I understand the movement is medication concept. However my issue was caused by overuse and repetitive movements, sanding and painting. So I’ve been afraid to do to many repetitive movements. Can you shed some light on this contradiction. 🤔 Thank you! 😊
Hi, Your movement was not balanced and like you said (very) repetitive. When the scapula (wing bone) elevates, and is there for hours/day, the mechanics of the entire shoulder girdle become destructive over time. Check out my shoulder stabilization videos (playlists). You will learn experientially how your mechanics can be restored. If you need to delve even further, let's do a telehealth call. fieldsfamilychiro.janeapp.com/locations/telehealth/book#staff_member/1
Thank you sooo much for responding. I will check out your stabilization videos and see if they can help me restore 😃 my arm/shoulder, and let you know. I appreciate your help.
Fractured humorous didn't tell me I needed surgery for 10 days had to have plate and screws surgeons notes said he had to remove callus formation so I had callus in 10 days but at 6 weeks with plate nothing I am so scared it's not healing it was a spiral displaced humerus fracture near elbow. 7 weeks out can't use walker or do pt why is this happening
Hang in there, Katherine. Just do what your shoulder allows you to do. If you have to go back to a previous video, that is okay. Get another x-ray to make sure the bone is healing. This will give you some confidence to move forward.
@@dradamfields it's not my shoulder which has had surgery before and sub scap had atrophied so it's not in optimal shape. Surgeon won't see me for 6 weeks I agree it should be x-rayed before that. 2 mo out from surgery still painful and no callus formation . How much can you not do
I am 80 years old and i am in week 7 of my fracture i am unable to get 2nd xray until week 10 The question is Do i need xray bcfore i do weeks7 8 9 10 ?
If you've had a interim x-ray that showed some progress with new bone growth, proceed. I have a little trepidation with your age and not knowing if you have osteoporosis but, if you decide to go forward, do the exercises slowly and with caution. I can't give you a 100% either way without getting my hands on it. Non Unions can be common. Just go to a radiology clinic and pay out of pocket for a single x-ray. It'll be cheap and you'll get the peace. Don't wait the 10 weeks
8:27 Dr fields I was mistaken about the time of my follow-up x-ray it's on day 52. 7 and half weeks not 10 weeks. I will get the x-ray on December 1 so I will wait until I get the x-ray before I continue the exercises Thank you so much for your exercises and the rapid response to my inquiry.
My doctor released me at week 4 said I can take sling off. But my car still in shop nothing drive. I’d ask your doctor for sure. Friday 15th I’ll be at week 6.

Thanks !
Thanks Helga! I'm so glad you found these helpful.
With confirmation from the hospital that the fracture is healed I am much more confident while doing your exercises. I am going abroad this week and thanks to these videos it will be a much more comfortable trip.
You are well on your way and don't slow down until your injured arm is as strong as you intact arm. You got this!
To those passing through this injury, keep exercise, I started to see the light at the end of tunnel this week ... we can make it💪🏻
Doctor Fields always has the best pep talks no matter what you always walk away feeling better after doing his videos 😁 you da man doc 💪
And I always feel pumped after reading your comments, dado!
You are nothing short of AMAZING... thank you so so much. Your calming demeanor and perfectly chosen exercises are just what I need to feel like I can "do this"
Wonderful! I know you're going through it and so happy to be "holding your hand" along the way. Thanks for commenting
I can't wait for the two arm hug : )
Way to go, Lori. Big huge hug right back at you!
Jut found Adam fields today and he is excellent. I have a fractured Humerus and doing these exercises with him is really helpful. I am am active 83 year old and hope to stay that way, but I know I must follow good therapy. Thanks for finding you today, October 5, 2024.
Mike Higgins
Hi from Belgium just found you after my surgery and working out with you for couple of weeks.thanks big improvement 👌👌😍
Thank you Sir..Love your style as well👍
Keep rocking, rolling on your bike and inspiring those around you, David. Thanks for the encouragement
Adam, thank you for your videos. Fellow Mtb'er with a broken Humerus after a dumb move on the trails. Getting better every day with your leadership!
I feel ya on that one! May you ride-on (more cautiously) soon.
You got this! I'm so happy you are getting the victory and the challenge is the gift.
Excellent. I like the way you talk to make us relaxed and happy. It relaxes the body to enable movement :)
😊 thank you
I cannot express adequately enough, how grateful I am for your videos...(70 yrs old).
Hi Adam
I broke my humerus in July. I had my first physio session last week & the physiotherapist was amazed at my progress and movement I have made due to doing your videos twice daily. I am 65. I now need to work on strengthening the arm and will be moving on to week 7 video.
Thank you so much for these videos .
I AM STRONG!!!
You are on top of this. Your injury has revealed your level of tenacity.
Soon you will be graduating to these:

@dradamfields thank you, I will definitely be looking at those
Saw my physiotherapist again this week & he is very happy with how Great my movement, & strength has become
He said he doesn't need to see me again & advised me to keep doing your videos as I am doing so well with them!
We really appreciate your supportive manner and your efforts to make this series,
That is awesome and makes my heart so joyful. Blessings to your dad!
Wonderful Jane!!!! Would love to have you send the series to your doctor.
I'm so glad for your success.
I’m a 67 year old woman who is boldly recovering from an E trike accident. Yes, trike 😂
I like to go back to previous videos to celebrate how far I have come!
Please pass the link on to your healthcare providers so they can give more than that "piece of paper ; )"

Finding your channel has been a Godsend. I am finally feeling better and stronger. Thank you!
Thank you Doctor for your great exercises and positive mind. I’m after 5 weeks with proximal humerus fracture of my left hand with no surgery. As a computer guy I’m practicing your exercises in the office every day. I’m improving every day. You’re making my days! God bless you and thank you.
So grateful for your excellent videos! Especially the way they progress each week - seems like the perfect pace! Am writing from Spain where the national health system and my private health system offer practically zero rehab - so your videos are a boon!!! 🤩🤩💪💪💪 you deserve a medal! Or a bunch of them 🎖🏅🎖🏅😁
So glad to help your recovery!!! I am coming to Spain to help others and learn from a fine doctor in Ibiza, soon.
6-7 weeks with a healed fracture is great for preventing frozen shoulder
I cant thank you enough for your videos.. I love your focus on gratitude. I am a musician and my right arm humerous broke in 4 places from a fall. These videos and my PT have so helped me. Thank you!!
Thank you so much ... when I just want to be non compliant with my PT I do one of these and it always makes me feel better.
; ) Keep up the consistency and keep seeing your PT. You're on your way, Andrea. The rest of the series is being released soon or you can find it in the playlists
Thank you so much for your videos! I haven't been able to reach my doctor and I am on 6 weeks of healing my right humerus fracture . Your videos are really helping me.
Firstly thank u for your assistance and encouragement and for not rushing me. Im 72 and definitely a tortoise, but i will get there by the Grace of God. Finally I will keep you updated.
Thank you Adam....I feel nututred by your kind advise to all of us dealing with our shoulders ..sending very best wishes to all 13:17 humerus
Started your videos on week 3 and I’m so grateful for your support. In addition to exercises from my PT , these videos keep me motivated and I notice my progress! Thank you!!
Thank you for your willingness to do these videos!🤗 As you said in another video, they don't get a lot of "likes"! However, for us who have broken their humerus, these videos are golden!💛
Love your humor, pep talks, and music choice! 💕 You're the best!💖
#motionislotion #movementismedicatio
Thank you so much for this help. I can’t start PT for another couple weeks and this is giving me so much towards my recovery. So glad I found you on you tube Dr Adam!!!
I'm so glad!!!!
Almost 6 weeks in with a double Humorus break- ouch! Thank you for your encouragement and skillful weekly videos. They give me hope and the feeling of not doing this alone. So grateful!
Thank you for this video series! Love the variety of exercises and your positive attitude!
Hi I’ve fractured my humerus and been doing your videos really helping I’m doing 5&6 now.
Thank you .
Let's see this through to full strength, Margaret. Way to go!
Thank you…. I’m indeed getting through this… with your help. Makes all the difference 😊
I'm so glad!!!!
Thank you, I am on week 8 but I've started with week 6-7 excersices. Great stuff.
Way to stay positive, Siellie
Thank you l broke my shoulder 3 months ago, still not had physio, so l started to do yr excercise but l can’t lift my arm as the pain knocks me sick but l am determined to get my arm working again thank you 😊
That determination will get you far, Susan!!
Thank you so much doc...i am watching from Malawi and this is very helpful to us who have gone through humerous surgery...thank you
My pleasure!!!
Absolutely love this program!!! Thankyou Adam!!!
Am confident I am doing well due to these wonderful videos however this is along battle and you can do it!❤
Keep walking the fresh air & exercise is much needed for your mental health aswell as physical.
@ good luck 👍
Another great video! I do these in the morning and before bed. I feel great afterwards.
Wonderful!
Love him. So much gentler than my PT.
There IS a time for rough though : ) Sounds like a good PT
I've broke my two shoulders and I've been watching ypur video since week 1-3 it's really helpful. Thanks doc 😊
Thank you so much for all your help ❤
I love the slow motion it has helped so much
Thank you so much from Italy 🇮🇹 😊
Prego!!!
I broke my humerus and had surgery 7 weeks ago. but I can't do the move at 3:40. Is that a problem?
Thank you. I'min week 6-7. I progressing so well and these are helping immensley.
Great job!
Thank you a million times Happy Holidays ❤
Same to you! Glad to see you're moving through and getting improvements.
You are a Godsend 🙏🏽
I pray before each video and believe God is behind them ; ). Thanks for the encouragement
I also have back issues- long time.. and some of the exercises I'm doing seem to put tremendous pressure on my back
I have no doubt I'd be able to do these exercises, but I'm convinced that my shoulder is out of it's socket.
I would get a current x-ray and see a sports focused chiropractor. Even better if they have ESWT.
@@dradamfields Do you do any online consultation?
I understand the movement is medication concept. However my issue was caused by overuse and repetitive movements, sanding and painting. So I’ve been afraid to do to many repetitive movements. Can you shed some light on this contradiction. 🤔
Thank you!
Is it normal to still have nighttime discomfort at 8 weeks? I ache all day but shoulder needs support at night for me to sleep
How much can you not do
I am 80 years old and i am in week 7 of my fracture i am unable to get 2nd xray until week 10
The question is
Do i need xray bcfore i do weeks7 8 9 10 ?
I will get the x-ray on December 1 so I will wait until I get the x-ray before I continue the exercises
Thank you so much for your exercises and the rapid response to my inquiry.
Thank you.
You're welcome!
Thank you so much iam just 2 weeks bless you🙏
I had surgery on the first of June on my left humerus hand should i start your exercises
Yes, please!
It's amazing. Soo helpful . Thanks
You're welcome 😊 Way to overcome the injury
Thank you so much for this vidio❤
I'm so happy you are able to use it.
Thanku soo much. It is very helpful
Most welcome 😊
Once again thank you. Question. Can i do 3 videos a day or would that be overdoing it?
I like giving 3 a try and seeing how you do. Especially after week 5
Can I ask, I'm still have bruising after 6 weeks is it normal?I'm doing the exercises.
Hi doc Why do I feel like it’s still moving? Is that normal? It doesn’t hurt too much though
After a shoulder fracture, how many weeks should a person wait before they can drive again?
My doctor released me at week 4 said I can take sling off. But my car still in shop nothing drive. I’d ask your doctor for sure. Friday 15th I’ll be at week 6.
6 weeks in my case
Why are those PRAYER LIFTS so difficult?😫
Elbows lubricated in exercises is great point
Keep up the good work, Fausy and try to enjoy the journey
I can’t even do the first exercise because I have no strength it just goes right back to my side. 😭
Don't fret! Go back to the previous video in the series and rock it
Oh once again thank you for these videos nurses are the worst patients we beat out doctors lol
Ahhhh...thank you Jo!
Thank you doctor
🌼
Most welcome!
