Advice for anyone trout fishing if you move the fish back and forth in the water when you get them close to you it calms them down and makes them much easier to handle
Good job catch the fish. Get a fish basket, the stringer you have attracts sharks if they are in the area. Also, don't throw a top water when birds are working, because they will hit your lure. I've had it happen to me.
Dude i’ve never known what a slick actually meant, all i know was to cast into one but thank you for educating and the awesome vid! hopefully i’ll run into you out there sometime
Thank you for the info always love learning new things! Is there any other way to tell where the slicks are at? Or would it be just by the smell? Heading out to the floodgates at Texas city this weekend the trout there was on fire last week !
Sometimes, all depends on the situation. It only bothers me if they park right where I’m casting or park right over the structure I’m targeting. A lot of times these boats at this spot will pull right up on top of the oyster reef in like 2 feet of water because they just don’t know any better. I definitely think that is inconsiderate to all the waders. And if a boats pulling up to a walk in Wade spot, then they probably don’t have much experience and can’t find their own spots.
Not gonna lie I was curious too but he got mad at the other guy 🤣 but only curious myself cuz I don’t catch fish like that and been wanting to try new stuff and spots
Totally agree Mr Walton. As soon as I start my channel, I'll be glad to share with everyone for everyone to enjoy. Certainly not going to be selfish but to be kind enough to share. 😊
I think y’all don’t realize how rude that question comes off to us guys that make videos. We put so much effort into the video and trying to entertain and trying to show fishing techniques, and instead of “nice video” or “great info” people just say “what spot”. It just seems like y’all don’t appreciate all the other information in the vid. Also, the spot doesn’t matter, I could tell you the exact spot and If you’re not fishing it right or going on the right conditions then you’re not gonna catch anything. On top of that, it takes about 5 minutes to find any spot from a video just by using google earth. Put in some effort. No disrespect, just explaining why nobody likes to give the spots out.
@@randomguysview man you just don’t get it. We’re all very appreciative of the views. But yes, I stand on what I said, it does come off as rude. I give out all This great information and then people just disregard all that and only come here for the spot. Make a channel and then you’ll understand. I don’t want people to view my vids just for the spot. I want them to view it because 1- they enjoy the entertainment, and 2- they learn from it.
I didn’t want to come off as rude either, just wanted to explain why myself and many others dislike those types of questions. It takes a lot to make these videos and we appreciate every single view that comes our way. When you put all the effort into a video and then the only thing people care about is “what spot is this”, it seems so unappreciated. That’s all. I thank you for watching and supporting the channel.
While y’all are fighting over where the spot is, let me give Everyone a Free Tip. Everyone needs to carry their own stringer and keep your own fish on it. If you have 🐔 💩game warden come by and stop you, you Will get a ticket for having too many fish on your stringer. Even though there was 3 of you and clearly a 3 man limit, it still looks like 1 guy has all the fish. Now, what Cameron is saying is true, don’t ask where he’s fishing. Just pay attention to the details. He already said outgoing tide. Backwater lake empties into the bay. That’s the important stuff. Now go find your own fishing spot moochers. lol

Does it piss you off when boats pull up while your wading?
