This is a very good video on pruning a tree. One thing that i would add is for her to use plastic safety goggles, they only cost about 10 dollars for a high quality,COMFORTABLE pair.I've been gardening for 40 years and never used glasses for the first thirty, then one day while pruning a tree i cut a branch that was bent a little, yes you guessed it.RIGHT IN THE EYE.Not blinded ,but it hurt like hell.It scratch my cornea? The doc said i was very lucky? right !! ,now i always wear good safety glasses ,ive felt two hits to my eyes... one weed whacking the other lawn mowing.Trust me please!!! you will never regret putting them on,just remember to keep them clean,i think that's the biggest issue with using them,if there dirty you cant see,and it's real easy just to put them aside.hope this helps.BEEN THERE.

Thanks for the great educational video on pruning stone fruit trees. I have lots to work to do but at least I know how to do the work correctly now. Many thanks! 😊
Lucky I don't have birds here in GA that bother my peaches. Except for one of my favorites, a Red Bellied Woodpecker. Gorgeous bird that likes to peck a nice hole in the top of 2 to 3 peaches around the stem. Freaked me a bit at first until I figured out their game. They make the hole just under the skin and return to the peaches a couple of times a day because the open wet flesh attracts loads of tiny black bugs. The prize they're after!! HA! Smart birdies!! I'm happy to share a few peaches with a bird that beautiful and crafty!! :)
I really enjoyed both the informative Hudson and Kelly's sense of humor. The producer/editor kept it moving at a nice pace It seemed she might be a professional. One suggestion, please never spray without protection. A good respirator mask sells at Home Depot and Lowes for about $35 and if used properly can save you from poisoning yourself. It would have been nice if Hudson had warned you. You've got about 4k subscribers. I'm sure you want to protect them. Let's add eye protection and long sleeves to the list. Toxic sprays are necessary but not a joke.
Well done and excellent demonstration. That gentleman knows his stuff. Thumbs up. Oh, and Kelly you have a great smile and terrific personality. All the best! ;-) Subscribed....
I was just looking in to see how to better take care of my peach tree I got about 5 or 7 boxes a peaches if they were actually breaking the branches from my tree
My couple peach trees have peaches right now, they got a little too tall. I wish to shorten by heavy pruning! I am in Indiana. Can I fall or winter prune? What month should I or can I Early prune? Picking peaches by late August?
Can you please tell me what was that spray nd when to use it? I'm in north carolina Carolina my peach tree flowered right now in march for the first time. My tree is 5 years old. It flowered for the first time nd i want guidance from here on... can you please help?
Clive Craymer: When I was directed to get OptiCop, the directions seemed to mean to saturate the tree. It had fireblight. Then I came back in a week and did it again. Same next season, no sign of the disease, and a big burst of fruit. In view of these conflicting directions (yours, which has merit, and what it said on the bottle,) I will ask the customer to wash their hands after handling and wash the fruit before consumption.
Notice there are NO leaves on the tree. Is that normal to have a nectarine completely lose its leaves? What time of year are you guys doing the pruning?
stone fruits trees like nectarine and peach are Deciduous trees, drop its leaves in fall and start new growth season in the spring, pruning is done in mid winter
I had to watch it 3 times - the first 2 times I couldn’t concentrate on anything but Kelly! Gorgeous! Thanks.
Very good video! The upside-down umbrella effect is an easy lesson to remember. Thanks!
My goodness she’s beautiful! Peaches are hard to raise! A lot of work to them!!
Wow, this guy makes it sounds so easy. Very informative!
Out of all the pruning how to’s I’ve seen , I got more out of this one . And a few grins :)
Great video !!

Its late December here in so cal. And I see buds growing should I prune now?
This is very helpful thank you !
Looks like I got my work cut out for me. I'm a tree junky, and have been potting and transplanting these when they volunteer in my garden.
Great freaking video 👋👋👋👋👋👋👋👋
Please send me a picture of a peach tree before pruning and after. Thanks

Doing my pruning now in northern CA following your advise. Same rules apply to cherry trees???
Great video - remember that copper is toxic [use protective gear] and use sparingly

Why are my peaches rotten in the center ?
.
Hope u made this guy an apple pie.;-)
“Thick, plump and happy” 😏
Great info. And Kelly is so hot. Made it more fun to watch. Thank you
Do ever try to grow asian pear Kelly???
Notice there are NO leaves on the tree. Is that normal to have a nectarine completely lose its leaves? What time of year are you guys doing the pruning?
stone fruits trees like nectarine and peach are Deciduous trees, drop its leaves in fall and start new growth season in the spring, pruning is done in mid winter
i like the chemistry tho!
I'll wait for self pinning trees
My tree is older. Too big and I need a saw.
Correction-- it was LiquiCop I used so successfully on that pear tree.
Couldn't watch for the slashing noises then blocking out the screen with text. Too annoying will watch someone else.
Just focus on Kelly
2015 video, but you are in shape and pretty woman. And you like gardening, alot of pluses happening here. Ohh yea the pruning is another plus.
Gosh isn't she super preety
annoying text transition effects
I love the slasher effect
I wish they used it more
yeah it was pretty horrible... As soon as you start watching, random title slasher takes over the screen. very unpleasant. The content is okay though
I prefer the Japanese method...
Yeah. Prune dat shit.
Jesus lady put on a mask if you're gonna spray like that.
you can take away the Music In the background It sucks
one of the two of you has a cute belly button
Uh self pruning trees
Geez
The man spoke tooquickly
This guy is so hot! 😬
Kelly dear, get in there with him and get your hands dirty. Other wise you are just in the way.
Get out of the way woman and let the guy show how is done...
The lady is so hot.
Will you marry me? :)
