Hi, I just bought mine! But I've been trying it out and its just creating holes in my fabric, the yarn sticks through every so often but not continuous. Would you know the reason why? Thanks!

It’s still not making since to me i don’t see where the wire is being inserted from the bottom there’s nowhere to insert from the bottom on my gun
