Gotta admit I don't play SC2 competitively but I do love these vids and I really gotta say I am impressed at Valen for never giving up there. Against the pressure of constantly having his bases demolished and having his units obliterated time and time again, the guy just kept on going until he finally got to win. The vid was long but it never got boring which credit goes to Winter for creating such amusing and hilarious commentaries ! I give my utmost thanks great sir for the highly entertaining videos, I recently found your channel like a week ago and I still laugh whenever I remember your commentary about one of these Bronze League vids regarding Zerglings as Zerg equivalent to children and the Queens the women and how the player controlling em just sent Women and Children to attack a well defended terran base with a Planetary Fortress !
I do not think its anything commendable. The guy probably always plays that strategy. Mines are not a strategy to destroy the enemy base, they are a strategy to make the enemy lose their units.
With such a strategy he would be used to playing on the defensive like that.
One of the greatest Bronze league heroes I've watched. Great final!

Tempest is tier 3, bronze league games never get that far so he does not know it exists. We can be glad he knows the V build menu is also available for advanced buildings.

I have won with that many times. Just drone rush, then if you have 6 or less drones left, build a pool at 6 drones. My strat is drone rush into 6 pool into baneling bust.

I personally think no other game could even pretend to be this funny at the lower level due to starcraft being a complex game with tons of mechanics where even i would say a gold player can FEEL the bronze leagueness of the game, btw winter you are just so good at casting those, you deserve an award for sentence building in those huum peculiar casting situation

Pro players know how to counter anything. A single tempest would have wrecked so much face. Also seems the Terran was not aware of the complete rework to Ravens. Hunter seeker missiles would have shredded those carriers.
