It's called random variance. You draw hemet last always, so that means Toast draws it first always. See how it evens it up? I get the feeling that happens to me with every RNG deck.. :)
You probably haven't spent enough money on the game to Draw Good Cards in Battles.

I need some advice on building this deck. Any good replacements for these cards?:

Holy Wrath x2
Hemet, Jungle Hunter
just use 1 holy wrath?
if you havent drawn it until hemet, you have a 33% chance of drawing it directly, with a 100% kill chance. (=33%),
if you draw a giant, you then get a 50% kill chance.
if you have drawn it already, you have a 100% kill chance.
if you use 2 holy wraths:
-you havent drawn any of them so after hemet you have a 50% chance of drawing it and a 50% kill chance (25%, less than 1holy wrath strategy)
-if you have drawn 1 already, you have a 33% chance of killing your opponent when using it (same as 1holy wrath strategy), if it fails, aka you draw a holy wrath, you draw another for a 100% chance to kill
-if you have both drawn, you have a 100% kill chance, but requires 2 cards in hand until then instead of one, 1 more card draw = higher chance to draw a giant too.
all in all i think the 1holy wrath strategy is slightly better. it can get the kill 1 turn faster with slightly increased probability.
2holy wrath is only better when you reach round10+ as you can double cast there.

If you helmet by turn 9 with one holy wrath in your hand you will have enough mana to cast both holy wraths, so if you use holy wrath and you get holy wrath you will be able to cast it again and there is a 100% chance of getting the molten giant
me and my brother played this deck at launch. We found out that it works realy good in an aggro palladin. You have good card draw with divine favor and if you lose the combo you can still try and win the old aggro way. It also works beter against warrior because they probably won't stay above 25 health.
That last play was really like playing Russian Roulette... only with a double barrel shotgun.

The Problem is if he has Goya in the deck his combo is less effective. You dont automatically get the 25 Molten Giant..
another problem is that you have to play the one molten giant and its really expensive in most cases
Yeah, but if you pull both giant u could be in a bad position with low hp and you can concede. In case of this you just put it back and win the game (Kappa)
Several reasons not to:
1. Madam Goya costs over 3 mana, so Hemet doesn't get rid of her. You will risk holy wrathing for 6 damage.
2. Molten Giant is ridiculously difficult to play out normally, and if you do manage it, you are probably too low HP to survive the round.
3. On the rare occasion you don't die after playing out Giant, you will need 6 mana for Madam Goya, and 5 mana for holy wrath. You can't do this without forcing yourself to save the coin.
4. Madam Goya would be a useless draw in basically every other situation.
There are probably even more reasons than this, but this should be enough to convince you that it is a really bad idea.

This combo is insanely inconsistent, but it's fun. Reminds me of old school Dracosplosion in MTG.

Also 1:54, it was greater than 2/3 chance, the 1/3 chance you draw molten giant also has the 1/2 chance of drawing the other giant with the holy wrath in hand. 5/6 chance
Here's an idea for the next Tavern Brawl. It's called "Russian Roulette". Players start with 25 HP, every turn you get Holy Wrath and your deck contains only Molten Giants and Wisps (15/15). Or maybe it will have a little bit different rules, but I think you'll get the point. Anyway, I would love to try that!

I will never cease to be amazed at how your mind works, I spent time trying to figure out a combo that worked with Hemet, this never even occurred to me. And it's..... Beautiful.
Hearthstone at its purest - a 50/50 coin flip
At 2:55 there's the statistical trick that if you're 2/3rds of being wrong and the draw was wrong, you're statiscally better placed if you change your answer. So if you can, in that case, you should draw with the 2 mana minion before casting Holy Wrath.

I did this with Murloc Paladin and it works pretty well even if you don't have the combo. Decent enough push to out tempo your opponent about half the time.

all jokes aside, you dirtyratting a giant really puts a lot of pressure on you. especially since hunter doesnt have good removal besides hunter's mark.
do you really like playing exodia mage? It's the most solitaire deck since freezemage. really no interaction.
I've always loved Freeze Mage. Pretty much the very first "serious" deck I've ever made. And Exodia is, basically a Freeze Mage 2.0. The new and improved.
I just enjoy the idea of seemingly doing nothing the whole game and then just suddenly winning.
"What is she doing?", thinks the opponent. "Is she going to play minions at all? She hasn't attacked me once!"
... In reality it's more like "Oh, ok, sure, OTK, cool, Imma kill you first, tho", since everyone has Internet, but a girl can dream, right?
I also find lobbing a billion fireballs at your opponent's face oddly satisfying.
I also enjoy the safety of the Ice Block. If something ridiculous happens - I know I'll always have another turn (unless my opponents plays the Eater of Secrets, but that's pretty unlikely)

Hey Toast the chance of this happening is ridiculously small but when fighting Malchezzar, can you astral portal into Lorewalker Cho, give him an astral portal, and have him play Majordomo? What happens if you defeat ragnaros instead of malchezzar

Siege Rodriguez however if you play Hemet on 6 you are not guaranteed lethal due to the 33% chance of drawing another holy wrath from the first and dealing only 5 damage, which results in a loss. since you Mulligan hard for both Hemet and holy wrath, I think the deck would be better with 1 holy wrath

Wolfgang Wehle You also miss the chance of pulling the real combos at 10 mana when you havent drawn any of the moltens or holy wraths, where a 50% chance to draw one holy wrath guarantees either 25 dmg or 30 dmg.
Jonah Dewing yes I realize that, however being able to kill the opponent on turn 7 is a lot more important due to the rapidity of the current meta. turn 10 can also be thwarted by a warrior armoring up, or a mage having ice block, but no one expects the turn 7 kill. due to the only prerequisite being the opponent at 25, the deck can be fine tuned by taking out a holy wrath, and adding all draw possible such as loot hoarder, novice engineer, and acolyte. Hemet is a legendary so you already Mulligan hard for the one of, and due to this Mulligan strategy having only 1 holy wrath is better

How consistent is this deck? Is it worth crafting hemet?
Even though some quests are pretty annoying, I love how this meta is allowing some underrated cards to shine, or at least show up more (like Al'Akir, Moroes, Stonetusk Boar, etc)
That last clip remains to this day the greatest hearthstone clip of all time, hands down
Just fought this deck for the first time today. Brillantly I was messing around with the Barnes/Y'Shaarj deck. Mine went off first but he had Equality/Wild Pyromancer in hand. I was sad. Then he played Hemet and his deck was down to three cards. Realastion dawned that I was part of a fully toastified game.
Funny thing that when you go to your card collection and hover over Holy wrath, the description mentions the combo with molten giant. It reads : ''c'mon,......molten giant''. So the devs are very aware of this hemet/holy wrath/molten giant combo. ic no nerfs coming to that card. Prob also becuz its not that consistent.

In activated Crystal Core and got Moroes on board. It is a 5/5 minion as he´s supposed to.
Then I play Mirage Caller and he is summoned as 1/1.
The 1/1 Moroes still summons 5/5 minions.

I am really pissed about Blizzards greedyness. not only did they raised prices in EU, the drop-rates for legendaries are ridiculously low and *we don't even get 25% of the "free stuff", that everybody gets in, literally, EACH AND EVERY OTHER CCG!*
for fcuks sake, I have been strictly F2P until Gadgetzan came out, then it wasn't possible anyore for me and I had to throw HUNDREDS of €uro at Blizz/HS, to be able to stay competetive in the ladder - to get any fun out of HS whatsoever!
I've been a manager and I know, that Hearthstone is an absolute "cash cow" for Blizzard, generating MILLIONS, if not billions for blizzard.
they should give back to the community a bit more. seriously, if I hadn't put in so much money, I'd quit HS and play another CCG - of which there are numerous and some of them are much more fun than HS ever was... and guess what, all of those games have:
- higher droprates for legendaries and epics
- cheaper packs and lower price per card
- a lot more "freebies" for everybody
as well as
- better daily rewards
IMHO, we should *BOYCOT HEARTHSTONE FOR 7 DAYS!*

It's not 66% chance for lethal when you have 3 cards in deck. It's 33.3% since 2 of them is the draw you dont want while the other is the one you want. So 33.3% chance of drawing lethal (you want to draw holy wrath, which is 1/3 chance of getting), if you get giant, then its 50% chance for lethal.
Toast is a mad genius. I wish I hadn't dusted my molten giants...crafted one, built a Holy Hemet deck, got the combo ready, but when I summoned Hemet, my opponent conceded immediately. They'd seen the same video, apparently :)
there is somthing i dont know. the new quests for the ungoro cards that gives you a legendary. how do you get the quests to trigger? and do you get the card permenantly?

Could be.. Token aggressive shaman deck. Murloc.
Hemet + farsight into Everyfin is awesome. So basically its a savage roar combo that only requires 5 murlocs. or well three if your at ten mana. Wild format.
With murloc quest this can be another out.
Token deck, or aggro shaman tempo board. Hemet +farsight into blood lust (cost 2) turn ten. for that extra push.

Can use it to make sure you get a fireball or pyroblast, lol... or some interesting neutral card, or
Or in general, you can use this for an aggressive death rattle deck, and push n'both two hand, with say a rogue or brew masters in hand to bounce, bounce. In other words, if you hit turn ten this could be a way to push out 2-4 nzoths in a row, for a very aggressive back to back turn, but of course, fatigue mage, but what does that matter if you keep casting nzoth. One can place cards that when they die it replaces them. So I can see this being used in an aggressive shaman death rattle deck. Hemet turn 6 to 8. for a follow up n both turn 7-10. Depending if farsighted is in hand. With the 5/5 taunt that turns into ten ten. and bouncing nzoth. this would fill out your hand with a follow up 10/10 and nzoth being very hard to deal with. Be interesting though. This is an aggressive approach.

It aint 66%, because even when you miss, you still have a 50% chance of winning, which means that we have to divide the risk of losing with 2 => 81,2%

I thought maybe adding Madam Goya would allow placing a Giant back into the deck... But seeing as she wouldn't be destroyed by Hemet, that would just reduce the consistency even lower.
(It'd still be an inconsistent mess either way, I guess)

Have you considered using a combo with Molten Giant, Manic Soulcaster, and Holy Wrath in this deck? Might be more consistent, especially if you can survive or bring yourself to low health (7 or less).

i actually think that hemet and 1 copy of tundra rhino is amazing in quest hunter you complete the quest play hemet get rid of all the small stuff draw into your only tundra rhino (tundra rhino is the only card that is above 3 mana other than hemet) play the queen and then enjoy 15 charging broods that will eventually deal 20 damage face
