I grew up in the west but, researched Nobunaga. He was like a Japanese Einstein. The concepts and intelligence he had in economics and technology would've revolutionized Japan exponentially. However, he was betrayed and those concepts were implemented by another country.

Yeah Nobunaga's always portrayed as a demon but he's really ingenious and Tokugawa's the more demonic.

      ☹️Tokugawa more demonic?
😡FUCK YOU‼️ Nobunaga Oda was more demonic than Tokugawa Ieyasu! Why, because Nobunaga Oda killed many innocent lives of men, women and children who were all Buddhist followers and Nobunaga Oda destroyed many Buddhist temples including the historical Buddhist headquarters on Mt. Hiei which is very unacceptable! Later in life, Nobunaga Oda was becoming "Untrustworthy and Dangerous" for Japan and that he needed to be assassinated by Mitsuhide Akechi in 1582! Tokugawa Ieyasu was more heroic with great courage and with good respect, he was able to restore the feudal system and by restoring many Buddhist temples across Japan which the beast Nobunaga Oda himself had destroyed years ago. I do pay my tributes to Tokugawa Ieyasu and his family of keeping Japan under control from preventing civil wars from happening again!
      Tokugawa is Heroic‼️
      Nobunaga is Demonic‼️

こにちわ❗️"Little Bird if you do not sing I will kill you!"😨😱💀☹️😒Nobunaga Oda the smart ass he was, but I would never honor him for his destruction on Buddhist temples and the headquarters on Mt. Hiei where thousands were slaughtered, also he killed three of his men and later removed their skulls 💀 and turned the skulls into three golden skull cups. Later on I was glad he was assassinated by the great Mitsuhide Akechi "Our enemy at the Honno-Ji Temple!" I do accept Nobunaga as both a hero and villain different from Russia's first Tsar Ivan the Terrible. I have no interest for the Portuguese Traders and their religious Catholic orders from the corrupt Jesuits including Francis Xavier who is responsible for the Goa Inquisition in India that lasted for 300 years and Nobunaga's collaboration with the Portuguese Jesuit Missionaries was a very dangerous threat to Japan's cultural heritage and civilization, but thanks to Toyotomi Hideyoshi for stopping the Jesuit missionaries from conquering Japan in 1587 just five years after the death of Nobunaga. I do appreciate Nobunaga Oda's golden castle design which did influence Japan's future castles to be built before the Edo Period. Naoto thank you so much for making this video! However you do know that I hate those Portuguese Traders and their Jesuit missionaries from later conquering Japan before the year 1638, but I do wish the British Traders were the first Europeans to come to Japan only for trade and military service and Great Britain 🇬🇧 would only accept Japan's sovereignty without European colonialism. Once again thank you so much for this video Naoto! I ❤️ You!👍🇺🇸❤️🇯🇵✌️

      Hey Dustin, あけましておめでとう!(Happy New Year😊).
I wish you all the luck👍
As for Nobunaga, actually I was wondering if I should mention his cruel massacre on Mt. Hiei, which I cannot evaluate as "the great thing he did".
He was unprecedented Samurai ever, and notably influenced our culture, and history later on. But as you put it, we could say there're negative things as well.
      Thanks as always!

Thank you Naoto, without the Tokugawa Shogunate we would not have Japan today as it was 400 years ago and the Tokugawa Shogun had to protect Japan against western influences by the Portuguese traders for Colonial powers on Asia. Remember I honor William Adams the English Samurai who was the Tokugawa’s advisor and Tokugawa Ieyasu who restored government orders to end the Sengoku period. Japan will live on as a peaceful nation for our people and the outside world, but let’s care each other as the future continues.🙏☺️🇺🇸❤️🇯🇵😁⛩
